On the exterior side, you will find an outdoor kitchen to prepare your meals with friends or family (the barbecue is not available but a large electric plancha is at your disposal), a 25m² south-facing terrace with a view of the open swimming pool and heated from June to September and on a large plot of 2785m² with table football and bowling alley.
