Centrally located on a large lot with a fenced in back yard featuring a 30X40 shop. Just off from the carport is a nice sized laundry room equipped for a freezer and houses the water heater. The manicured lawn offers a carpet of green and is complimented with a perennial landscape. Step inside and enjoy spacious living boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was updated with Diamond Cabinets with pullouts and Corian countertops. Just off from the kitchen/dining room is a large sunroom overlooking the back yard and a patio for grilling.
