Great stay for the price & friendly staff.
Very friendly staff - decent breakfast w/ hit food, but was shut down early on our last day. Kitchen helper did feel bad & made my youngest daughter a couple pancakes. Clean room - but found someone's fleece behind a chair that was missed. Sofa is a sleeper - it wasn’t advertised as one, so wondered if the bedding already on it was clean? Pool was great & is indoor/outdoor and was heated.

Accidentally booked the handicap accessible room. The door was difficult to open, the bathroom door was difficult to close and very noisy. There was no clock and no nightlight which made finding the bathroom at night difficult. The light in the bathroom was connected to the loud exhaust fan, so we couldn't leave it on all night, we improvised by unplugging a lamp and putting it in the bathroom, leaving it on all night. We normally stay here on our Iowa trips and like the staff. Just want handicapped people to be aware.

The front desk staff was ready to check me in within a reasonable amount of time, was incredibly courteous and considerate of my needs, and wanted to know more about my stays at other hotels. I'm so far very impressed with my stay. The room is perfect! Clean and well made with ZERO smells! This is an area most hotels lack in and I greatly appreciate the attention to detail with this! The room had a very foul musty smell to it. The bathroom floor was dirty. The pool and hot tub were black in the bottom, and the pool area itself was very musty smelling, like they don’t have enough ventilation in it. The breakfast was much to be desired.
