The house Pölitz is located in a quiet location near the city center, the parks and the train station. The apartment is a three-family house on the first floor and is equipped with two bedrooms (two and three beds), a cozy living room with radio / TV and a modern bathroom with shower, bath, toilet washing machine and hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen is also a dishwasher and a microwave. If required, a cot is set up. In the front garden there is a seating area. On-site parking are available. In the basement of our sauna can be used by arrangement and the beauty parlor.

We give 5 stars to this holiday accommodation that we have rented during our holiday in Germany. The apartment matched the description in the ad and was well equipped. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and clean, in other words the apartment had everything one could need during a holiday. The apartment is located in a very quiet area and in the area are many convenience stores and a shopping center a few kilometers away. We met a nice and very helpful landlord who was available whenever you needed help or service. In addition, we believe that the rental cost was low compared to other apartments of similar size. We had a great time during our stay and intend to rent again. In conclusion, we really recommend this accommodation.

Wer es rustikal mag-bitteschön.... Laut von der Strasse,abends und morgens nicht immer ruhig....Innen und außen.... Haben uns mit den Treppen überschätzt,unser Fehler,nun nur noch EG. Harz wie immer wundervoll,lieben ihn seit 1967.

Fr. Pölitz meldete sich umgehend und begrüßte uns herzlich! Die 4Tage waren toll. Wir haben die große Wohnung und deren Lage sehr geschätzt: nur wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Gerne wieder!

Die Lage der Fewo ist optimal - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in max. 20 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Blankenburg
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Söhnen (5 Jahre und 12 Jahre) ein verlängertes Wochenende in Blankenburg. Die Wohnung bei Fam. Pölitz ist wirklich sehr geräumig, auch mit mehr Kindern hätte man genügend Platz. Das Bad ist sehr groß. Die Lage ist ideal. Nur 3 Automin. entfernt sind: ein sehr schöner großer Spielplatz (für alle Altersgruppen), die Teufelsmauer (wirklich empfehlenswerte Wandertour für Eltern und Kindern), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es war sehr ruhig, nur die Wohnung selbst ist etwas hellhörig. Unter der Couch gab es eine tolle Überraschung für die Kinder: viele verschiedene Spielzeuge, Spiele. Für jeden war etwas dabei. Preis Leistung ist wirklich top. Schön das Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereit gestellt wurden. Wir wurden liebevoll aufgenommen und kommen gerne wieder.

Meine Freundin und ich hatten eine schöne Zeit in Blankenburg bei der Familie Pönitz. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.Wir nutzten die Unterkunft um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Alles auch ohne Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir waren viel mit dem Bus unterwegs.

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz. Die Lage ist günstig für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und versuchte, alle Fragen sehr schnell zu klären. Kinder sind in der Ferienwohnung sehr willkommen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Blankenburg. Frau Pölitz ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist groß etwas in die Jahre gekommen ,aber alles sauber. Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe von Supermarkt, Bahnhof und Teufelsmauer. Für uns prima, es war sehr ruhig dort.

Pfingsten 2023 in Blankenburg, Harz
Wir haben das verlängerte Pfingstwochenende 2023 in Blankenburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, verbracht. Die charmante Ferienwohnung Pölitz ist selbst für uns als fünfköpfige Familie mit drei Kindern groß und geräumig, gut ausgestattet, das Haus selbst ist auch von außen wirklich schön! Sehr gut gelegen, leicht zu finden und nahe an den Attraktionen dieser wunderschönen Stadt. Es gibt in dieser Gegend sehr, sehr viel zu sehen, Wernigerode, Thale, Halberstadt, die Rappbodetalsperre, Quedlinburg, alles traumhafte Ziele, die schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Der Kontakt war wunderbar, Familie Pölitz ist supernett und entgegenkommend, alles unkompliziert absprechbar, wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt! Von uns aus gerne wieder, vielen Dank für ein tolles Wochenende!

schöne große Wohnung in guter Lage (Nähe Bahnhof)
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Blankenburg sehr genossen. Eine sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin, die uns schon freudig erwartet hat! Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß und wer keine moderne aber gemütliche Einrichtung mag ist hier richtig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, ob in der Küche oder die große Spielesammlung im Wohnzimmer. Wer mit dem Zug anreist muss auch nicht weit laufen...nur 5min. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder zu Familie Pölitz in Blankenburg.

Gut und günstig, perfekt als „Basecamp“ für aktive Urlauber.
Wir haben eine schöne Woche bei Familie Pölitz verbracht. Der Harz hat uns mit gutem Wetter beschenkt, so dass wir - wie geplant - tägliche Ausflüge und Wanderungen unternehmen konnten. Und genau dafür ist die Wohnung auch perfekt. Ein top „Basecamp“, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, rustikalem Mobiliar, einem renoviertem Badezimmer und durchaus großzügigen Zimmern. Und alles zu einem mehr als angemessenen Preis. (Wer das Ritz erwartet, muss das Ritz auch bezahlen) Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Den in anderen Bewertungen bemängelte Lärm haben wir nicht mitbekommen. Es wird zwar gegenüber nachts gearbeitet, aber bemerkt habe ich nur die Beleuchtung im Gebäude, keinesfalls Lärm.

Blankenburg ist ein zentraler Ort, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Freizeitangebote gut erreichbar, ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden!! Gerne wieder!!
