Nice relaxing break
The location is excellent and the surrounding countryside is beauriful. We used the eurotunnel so its quite q srive to tye property but worth it. The amenities were as described qnd we used all of them all of the time. Once you gettoknow the area it is quite easy to pick up provisions. I would use again as it comfortably accommodates a group of 8 plus 2 dogs.

beautiful grounds and setting
This property was the perfect place for our big family get-together. The setting was so tranquil and pretty with plenty of activities to entertain the kids including table tennis, trampolining and even a bouncy castle! The pool was excellent. It was easy walking distance to Beauville on the hill, and the local Carrefour contact in Laroque-Timbaut had everything you need including a fantastic butcher. David, the owner, was extremely helpful and approachable and I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely house in a beautiful, quiet area
I booked this house for a family group ranging in age from 6 to 70, and everyone had a fantastic time. The house is spacious, comfortable, pretty and well kept. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for 16 and the pool is clean and safe. The children also enjoyed table tennis and went fishing nearby. The owner was friendly and helpful. The views from the house are beautiful, and there are lots of villages nearby worth visiting.

cette propriété serait très agréable si elle était entretenue. Ménage non fait ,douches bouchées ; porte de placard dévissée .Piscine et spa sales .Trampoline dangereux et le terrain de foot impraticable pour les enfants .Et je ne conseille pas cette maison qui n'est pas adapter pour 12 personnes

La maison parfaite avec des enfants de tous âges
Nous avions 2 impératifs: trouver un logement qui soit intéressant pour des ados (2) et des petits (2) et surtout qui puisse les occuper en cas de mauvais temps (2ème quinzaine d Octobre). Bien que la région soit très belle et parfaite pour le vélo, la marche, le footing nos enfants demandaient régulièrement des journées « libres » , c est à dire sans excursion pour pouvoir profiter pleinement des équipements de la maison. Nous avons passé des heures ensemble à jouer au handball, football, billard, basket et à la pétanque. Peu importe la météo avec cette grange parfaitement aménagée pour tous les âges. Le jacuzzi pour se détendre après les efforts : génial ! Notre hôte était toujours disponible en cas de besoin et nous a même préparé un apéritif mémorable où nous avons découvert grâce à ses anecdotes non seulement les produits régionaux mais également la culture et l histoire locale. Charmant et passionnant ! Pour ne pas oublier la maison en elle-même : spacieuse, rénovée avec goût et avec une vue grandiose sur le vallon et la bastide de Beauville. Sans aucun doute notre meilleur séjour des 10 dernières années.

Top!!!!
Un cadre idyllique pour un séjour en famille, la maison est spacieuse et fraiche, tout à fait adaptée à des enfants en grand nombre. Les environs sont magnifiques, le petit village a un marché délicieux. Bref nous avons adoré. Seul bémol, certains jeux (pas la piscine qui est géniale) sont un peu vieillots tout comme la télévision. Merci en tout cas!

très agréable gîte en pleine campagne
nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à merline basse : la bâtisse a été refaite avec beaucoup de goût et son emplacement en pleine campagne est merveilleux. C'est l'endroit parfait pour déconnecter avec le rythme du quotidien et notre hôte David a été très réactif à une demande de notre part. Nous recommandons cette location

Très belle maison, spacieuse, bien agencée. Vraiment adaptée pour 16 personnes, adultes et enfants. Environnement calme et agréable avec beaucoup d’agréments extérieurs pour adultes et enfants. Propriétaire arrangeant pour les entrées/sorties, disponible et réactif pour les communications. Un micro reproche ou idée d’amélioration pour rendre la prestation parfaite : un léger sous-dimensionnement de vaisselle (couverts, verres, assiettes) et peut-être un second aspirateur (1 par étage).

Très jolie propriété.
Pour nous ce fût une très bonne semaine en famille. La maison et les alentours sont très sympa (la visite des chevreuils le matin et l’après-midi) La maison a un grand potentiel pour nous 14 personnes c’était très bien. Pour un début novembre nous avons eu un temps mitigé mais la maison est très bien pour s’occuper à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Le propriétaire est très réactif en cas de problème. Je pense que nous allons garder l’adresse pour d’autres vacances.

Très agréable maison totalement dans la nature, très jolie vue autour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Blaymont en famille. Le propriétaire est très réactif à nos demandes, quelques soucis avec des insectes. Lieu spacieux mais il vaut mieux ne pas utiliser les lits superposés. La piscine était indispensable, nous en avons bien profité, elle est sécurisée donc pas de problème avec un jeune enfant. Il serait bien de protéger la terrasse du soleil sur les côtés, nous avons mis des draps car le soleil tapait bien. Nous remercions le propriétaire de son accueil et de sa disponibilité.
