Room was clean. Check in was easy. I did have a dog and checked the box when I made the reservation. There was nothing about a pet fee. When I checked in, there was a $25 pet fee.

Not terrible, but I wouldn't book here again.
The biggest issue was the elevator, on the opposite end of the building from the lobby. Had to run the luggage cart through the entire length of the hotel, up the elevator and then push it back through the entire length of the second floor to get to our room. Dodging the cleaning carts along the way. Second issue was the lack of sprinklers in the room....I thought those were required. The hot portions of the breakfast provided were fine, the english muffin I had could have been used as a hockey puck.

They really need to upgrade their rooms. We’ve been staying there for the past 5 years. It’s just not good. Cost more to stay, why?? Making the outside around the hotel look fancy? Should put that money into your rooms

The hotel is old, but updated decently. The pool has “hours” even though there is no attendant they wouldn’t let my kids swim before 9am. We didn’t understand why, it wouldn’t effect anyone or anything else. The pool area needs some sound absorbing material because echo is terrible. This is not a super nice place but it’s an ok place.

We were pleasantly pleased. It could use some updating, other than that i have no complaints. We stayed in the suite with the jetted tub. It had a livingroom a bedroom bathroom and a kitchen bar like area with a nice big table. It was nice and cozy kinda.

No hot tub
If you’re looking for a hotel with a hot tub, keep looking. We booked this hotel specifically because the pictures show a pool and hot tub, once we checked in and headed to the pool, the hot tub has been filled in. We were quite disappointed!!
