I Prepaid for this reservation and when we arrived the Best Western agent told us "the Orbitz (Expedia) credit card has been declined"although we were charged and pre paid for room the Agent told us she "had to cancel and rebook us" until I could get the Orbitz/Expedia credit card to clear.

Great hotel!
We stayed for the races this weekend and found this to be a great hotel. Nice, clean, and quiet. The pool was great and the breakfast was also great! Overall great stay!

Staff was phenomenal. They were curteous and helpful! The room was clean, and so was the rest of the hotel. The pool was nice and they are currently working on sprucing up the outside too!

The hotel is currently being upgraded, which is always a good thing and while they are doing the upgrades, the property is still clean and functional. All the staff was friendly and helpful.. very pleased with the rate and accommodations.
