Told them we are weary travelers looking for a place to rest.
Third floor completely full, so opted for first floor (room 132) so no one would be above us. Amy told us she can’t see if there are people in rooms around us. Quiet until around 9:15. Someone was checked in right above us and nearly certain they had little ones. Very loud.
We would have called front desk, but I was already in bed and didn’t want to move. We didn’t want to call people upstairs because that can make things worse. Things finally quieted down around 11:00.
At around 3:30 am something fell and made a loud noise waking my husband. He never did go back to sleep. The loud walking and galloping continued the remainder of the morning. We are glad to be leaving at 9;00 am.
I spoke with Heather who said she can see if rooms around us are occupied.
This group used stairs only and there were at least 5 people in room 232. We saw 4 come down for breakfast and still heard walking in room above.
The manager was supposed to call me on 10/15/24, but never did. Terrible customer service.
