The Space:
Welcome to our tranquil lakeside condo, a harmonious blend of modern amenities and natural beauty situated in the heart of Bloomington, Indiana. Our condo comfortably accommodates four guests with two spacious bedrooms, each boasting luxurious beds for restful sleep, ample storage space, and private access to tastefully updated bathrooms featuring modern showers and bathtubs.

Unfurl in our open-concept living area, complete with a full kitchen equipped with top-notch appliances and kitchenware, designed for your gourmet cooking desires. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dedicated workspace serves as a perfect spot for those combining work and play, while the stylish living room, thriving with natural light and complimented by a decorative fireplace creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.

Unwind in the private screened patio on the upper level, offering spectacular views of Lake Monroe. Alternatively, retreat to the lower level balcony, which comes equipped with hammocks and a private gate for an exclusive tranquility spot with the murmur of nature as your lullaby.

Guest Access:
Your stay includes unrestricted access to the entire condo, offering you complete privacy, excluding one locked owner utility storage closet. It comes with easy self-check-in via a smart lock and ample public parking right in front of the unit. For a small fee, guests with boats or jet skis can conveniently park at the Eagle Pointe Golf Club’s boat storage area.

Lake Monroe, the largest lake in Indiana, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Surrounded by the Hoosier National Forest, it offers activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. Its serene waters and scenic beauty make it a popular destination year-round.

Bloomington, home to Indiana University (Only a short 12 mile drive) , is a vibrant city known for its cultural and recreational offerings. It boasts a lively arts scene, diverse dining options, and numerous parks and trails. The combination of natural beauty and cultural richness makes Bloomington a wonderful place to explore and enjoy.

The property is located in a gated community. There is a 18 hole championship golf course Eagle Pointe, community pool, walking trails, basketball courts, and a bar/grill, Sahms (Delivery Available) that are all located in the community.

Four winds marina is less than 5 mins away and offers boat rentals and has a restaurant / bar as well.

Fairfax boat ramp is 3.2 miles away.

Getting Around:
There is a large parking lot in front of the unit for ample parking.

Rent a boat at the nearby Four Winds Marina or set off for a hiking adventure at the Hoosier National Forest. Golf lovers will find pleasure on the 18-hole championship golf course at Eagle Pointe, conveniently located within the community.

As autumn descends, experience the mesmerizing color change at the nearby Cedar Bluffs Nature Preserve, or partake in Halloween festivities in downtown Bloomington. The holiday season brings special charm to Indiana, making our condo the perfect, cozy base to explore Bloomington's vibrant Christmas and Thanksgiving happenings.

Bloomington, the vibrant heart of Indiana, known for its diverse dining scene and thriving arts culture, is just a short 12-mile drive away. Do not miss out on a visit to Indiana University, an iconic campus renowned for its architecture and arboretum. For a quick bite or refreshing cocktail, hit Sahms, the local bar and grill located in the same community offering delivery as well.
