There was ample parking, and the rooms were clean and had everything I'd expect for a casual traveler. The "promised" cookies were a disappointment -- didn't have any most of the time - and maintenance is needed on leaky faucets, showers, etc. since the dripping was noisy and possibly disturbing to sleep.

Great room but the front desk never answered the phone nor did they answer the phone for the shuttle... I mentioned this to the the front desk but I swear they just silenced their phones .... also the air did not work in our room they did offer a $15 hotel credit...

The room was hot and stuffy upon arrival, even after a full evening of the air running, it was still quite warm. There was a hair tie from a previous guest and a screw driver on the floor, I assume from staff. The floor didn’t look vacuumed The front desk staff was the best part of the experience.

The check-in was the most disappointing aspect of the experience. My reservation was for a room with two double beds but was told they only had a room with a king. Like the famous Seinfeld episode goes “you can take the reservation, you just don’t know how to hold the reservation.” There was a line for check-ins and another for guests who were complaining that their rooms didn’t have functioning air. The room was also pretty pedestrian with the old thermostat plate fastened to the wall making the room look tacky. The bed and shower were acceptable.

The room was amazing and exactly what we were looking for! Our check in time was at 3:00 PM, but since they had a room ready we were able to check in at noon! They also provide a shuttle service to the Mall of America! This was everything we needed!

Our stay was mediocre. I booked two rooms, one king and double queen. The toliet in the king room didnt work, so we had to change rooms. The front desk staff and manager was so nonchalant. After getting upset and saw that the toliet couldn't be repaired quickly they gave us another room. The room also had a bad odor and it wasnt ready at the 4pm check in time. We checked in at 4:35pm. Also one elevator didnt work and the other was extremely slow.

Hotel was newly renovated. Bed frame stuck out and I sliced my leg on it. Told front desk and they said they were very sorry and offered me 2 choc chip cookies. 😆
