The Lodge at Bear Rock

This modern lodge rental consists of recently remodeled inside from top to bottom and boasts a prime outdoor entertaining space overlooking the entire Washington D.C. Metro Area. We have just installed a first floor walk out patio and doubled the size of our second-story deck. We are making available an outdoor fire pit and a spectacular yard with a private view equipped with a hot tub, al fresco dining, outdoor entertainment, and dog-friendly environment.

Step outside your door and drive just within 15 minutes to multiple Western Loudoun Wineries, Breweries, our favorite local dining experiences and eclectic shops.

LIVING AREAS
The Lodge at Bear Rock features a two-story open concept living and dining room equipped with comfortable luxury modern furniture and 80in SmartTV with all the streaming apps. The windows provide top top-to-bottom natural light with incredible views.

On the bottom level of the lodge we have transformed the space with a SmartTV, lounge area and a wet-bar for evening cocktails out on our new patio and deck with game tables.

KITCHEN and DINING
The well-equipped retro modern kitchen includes a sub-zero refrigerator/freezer and chef-level appliances and a large island for hors d'oeuvres and wine tastings. Dine or lounge next to a dual-sided wood-burning fireplace at the six-person table or our second eight-person table.

BEDROOMS and BATHS
The lodge has a total of six bedrooms that sleep up to 12 guests. Four full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of luxury towels, toiletries and bath amenities.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a wood-burning fireplace, and an ensuite bath with a modern walk-in shower attached to a bedroom with a twin daybed and twin trundle. The second lodge bedroom is furnished with a king bed and attached to a fourth bedroom that has twin bunk beds. The second bath includes a soaking tub/shower full bathroom.

On the main floor the bedroom has a king bed and is across the hall from a full bath with a walk-in shower. In the newly remodeled basement floor, we have a sixth bedroom with a queen bed and an ADA-compliant ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Relax outside on our new trex deck that overlooks the entire DC Metro Area, and below is an equally sized patio from our latest walk-out basement living area, which is also equipped with a seven-person hot tub! Enjoy your favorite cocktail, local craft beer or wine on a private 15 acres of mountainside views. Our new two-tiered yard will accommodate your party’s special occasion or happy hour after a long day of offsite planning.

LoudounStay has a Guest Concierge full time employee that reaches out to every guest that books with a LoudounStay property. Outside of the signature standardized services/amenities, we have partnerships with catering, chef experience, sommeliers, transportation, wineries, outdoor/adventure companies, and many more that we coordinate with to build customized experiences.
