Plentiful windows make this bright, inviting, well appointed, remodeled home a gem. 180 degree views of California's magnificent coast and of the Bodega Bay.

We have everything you could want to make your stay a delight, just bring your clothes and food...everything else is already here.

This home sits on a hill above the fishing village of Bodega Bay only minutes away from renown Napa, Russian River, Sebastopol, Calistoga and Sonoma wineries. Property backs up to a green belt, insuring quiet and a lovely view of the ocean and bay.

Sleeps 4. Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a king bed and two twins.

Baths are both tiled and the master has a heated tile floor and heated bidet. Both have showers and the tubs are large and great for soaking.

Full sized washer and dryer. Home is well stocked with bed linens and towels, a well appointed kitchen with coffee pot, espresso machine, microwave, pots pans, cooking utensils, wok, electric skillet.

The home has a deck around 75% of the house allowing for plenty of outside time and great views, a picnic table, cafe table and additional outdoor table that seats 4 .The house backs up to a greenbelt.

King beds are adjustable Sleep Number beds.

Interesting Facts
The design and orientation of the home's structure has been built to look like a bow of a boat headed to sea. The interior is a masterpiece of old growth timber beams and ship joinery.

Stunning Property!
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely home in the idyllic Bodega Bay. Everything one needs is provided in this home and the views are breathtaking. Location, location, location!
The view was just what we expected: Pacific and Bay. Beds for 6 but living room seating and indoor dining was for 5. Kitchen was well out-fitted though we ate seafood at nearby restaurants. House temperature was easily controlled and it quickly acquired a comfortable setting. Both tub and shower combos, which included wands, had access issues for me (as a 70 yr old with mobility issues), so grab bars would have been very helpful and made me safer. They were tiled nicely and very clean. We did not use the TV set-up by personal choice but seems adequate. There were boxed games, spotting scope and reading material. Wi-Fi was easy to access and fast. We did have some problems with accessing the sleep number beds control. My daughter stumbled on the solution, but if it had been just my husband and I, I would have had to abandon adjustment. Don't know if they have updated/changed app but step by step house directions did not work. Linens and bedding were very nice.

Christmas Eve Birthday
My husband‘s Christmas Eve birthday is a challenge to make plans each year with family and friends, we decided this year to stay close to home and we chose Bodega Bay for our destination after looking at several vacation homes that were available. We picked this home for many reasons. We only needed two bedrooms and we had to have an ocean view, my husband is an ocean fisherman and loves to watch the ocean. Needless to say this weekend was a lot of huge waves and the was majestic as always.The house was exactly as described, our host was very kind and heated the house n preparing for our arrival. Our family had a wonderful time together, bonding playing games, relaxing, listening to our favorite music eating delicious food we cooked there in the house which had everything to do so. Overall, my husband enjoyed a wonderful birthday mini vacation. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful time away.

Four Nights Stay in Mid-November
Everything is as described in the VRBO listing. Lockbox was easy to use. House is up on a hill affording decent views of the the ocean. Spacious common area with several comfortable places to sit. We were able to use the Wifi to access our own Netflix and YouTube accounts to stream movies. Large dining nook has good views through windows. Sufficient blinds and curtains to close at night in all rooms. Kitchen well-equipped with coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and tableware. Large refrigerator/freezer. Good storage in bedroom closet and chest of drawers. Free-standing bedside lamps. We enjoyed walking on the hillside nearby and on the quiet streets of the development.

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather up on the hill seems like a small pocket of clear weather when the fog rolls in. The house had beautiful views, and the couch and recliners were perfectly positioned to gaze out the large picture windows. The kitchen was great, well appointed with pots, pans, dishes etc. the coffee options were especially nice.
