I did not like they try to charge us for something she did not eat, they need to check the room before hand it to her to avoid this misunderstanding, other than that everything was good

Beautiful hotel in classic Colombian style with impeccable kind helpful attentive service. Spacious rooms with big TVs comfortable beds well appointed and stocked, cleaned daily. Delicious traditional Colombian all you can eat breakfast buffet served daily. Couldn’t ask for more beautiful stay and amazing customer service half hour from airport. My place to stay when in Colombia!

Friendly staff good breakfast. First I was given a room with bathtub, the one I booked was with shower. It was not very clean, the water stopper was loose, the tub was not well clean, I could see some of the black ring left of water all around it. The corner of the door was with mold. Access to the bathtub was too height, I requested to be moved to another room with shower The shower area was not well clean, it had some pink mold along the corners. The coffee maker was too noisy. The hotel only give one coffee sample/one coffee cup for a room of two. I asked for another coffee sample and the staff told me to ask front desk and to pay for it. Room Coffee should be offered to guests free and daily, not just during check in day. The lockers in the spa area had no keys.
