They put me in room that was super noisy right next to a gym that opens at 4 am in the morning and that plays very loud music from 5 am onwards, I think the property/management could have done more to compensate me apart from saying “I am sorry”’

The staff was very cold and rude except for Lux and Brandon. The staff needs customer service training. They also allowed dogs in their restaurant. That is so unsanitary. I have been to many Marriotts and having a dog in the restaurant that is the worst. For the record it was not a service dog

The staff is fantastically friendly, the place is comfortable and located near many places to eat and shop in the northern part of the city, so it’s a little hike from the downtown tourists sites, but very safe neighborhood day and night.
