The property is a little bit older and needs some repairs but it was clean and there were plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The tub is so old that it was starting to feel unstable and slopes towards the center. The stopper also didn't stay up which was an issue as well. A little annoying but it was okay because we were still able to use it.

Weve stayed here twice this year, so far, for our son's basketball tournaments. The staff is friendly, the entire hotel in clean, and the location is convient for all areas we needed to be in. Price is decent, too. 😉

This property was acquired from another hotel chain, and the furnishings and decor were upgraded modestly but nicely. Some of the building components, however, were not. The toilet in our room was very low, and we has trouble with it becoming stopped up. The building plumber cheerfully to fix it, but poor flow continued. We were on the side nearest the freeway and the traffic noise ws loud most of the night.

Very noisy hotel. LOOK ELSEWHERE. This hotel is located about 200 feet from a very busy freeway with nothing to reflect or block the noise. Loud trucks and motorcycles day and night. The room itself was poor. Really loud bathroom fan. Walls are very thin could hear people moving about above and beside ours. There was a couch in the room but it was very uncomfortable and, yes, it was noisy to sit on. No light near the really small table in the kitchen area. No USB outlets in the entire room. Did not use the air conditioner but it looked as if it was falling apart. The ice machine on my floor had been removed. The phone in the room didn't work. Breakfast was very poor (sparse and unapetizing). The cleaning staff did not turn off the previous guest's alarm on the radio (rude awakening). Had to go to the desk two separate times to get the room key card working again. Other issues. We had reserved the room for 3 nights but left after 2 nights because we needed to get some sleep. They charged me an extra $23 to skip the 3rd night.

After over 8 hours on the road I arrived to check in my 4 kids and I but was informed our reservation had been cancelled. We had received no notification whatsoever of the cancellation and the front desk person flat out lied and said Hotels.com had cancelled our stay. However hotels.com still had our reservation on the books and even now I can only write this review because it came through hotels.com because they still had our reservation on the books. I was shocked to learn from the employee where we DID stay that they should have helped us get a new place and given us $50 for the inconvenience of leaving us without lodging. We got nothing but a bold faced lie and panic as I tried to figure out where my kids & I were going to sleep that night. NEVER again will we stay at one of your hotels.

The customer service was spot on! The location is workable to get easy access. The room was clean from linen, towels, and dusting. As for the stock up for the room, it deserves a zero star. 1. We had empty rolls of toilet paper (seriously) -we didn’t even have an extra roll from stock. 2.we had one bar of soap (what happend fo body wash? For the shower) 3.First use of the toilet and the freaking thing clogged up! Had to lift up the top part of the toilet to stop it from leaking! 4. My 6 year old took a shower and she screamed like crazy because the water wasn’t going down the drain! The damn shower wS ALSO CLOGGED UP! It was horrible! 5.Left a sign for house cleaning to come in and take the trash and restock towels, trash bags (we had no extra bags) and just pick up the room and we got back and it wasn’t picked up (house keeping did not come thru) 6. Had to walk front desk because our key card wasn’t working and waited for about 30 minutes and front desk never showed. I finally went back to the room and my wife tried the card and it finally worked after several swipes!!!!! This was our second time using it, guess we should have switched it when we had issues with the key card the first time. 7.Electronic plugins are NOT UP TO DATE! MOST HOTELS WE have been in don’t need an adaptor to plug in our devices, but for the price we PAID it was ridiculous. 8.Thr pull out couch mattress was smelly and just out of date! It looked and smelled just horrible.eff. 9. Breakfast was 👎
