Outstanding Customer Service
Joe (Robert Joseph-I only know that because we were talking about our names!), the overnight front desk customer service guy was OUTSTANDING! So kind, courteous and helpful at 4:30AM! One example: he helped us get some breakfast items for our trip since we needed to leave the hotel before 6AM breakfast. I hope he gets special recognition for his service. We will stay again at La Quinta in other cities when we travel, in the hopes that this kind of customer service is uniform throughout your organization. Wish I had thought to take a selfie with him!

This was a nice place to stay. I didn't have any complaints. I was particularly impressed that the hotel staff actually enforced the rules about not having pets in the breakfast area. I generally don't mind it when people take their dogs with them places, but it always bothers me when people take their dogs around with them when food is being served. Gross. Thankfully the staff agrees. As far as I can tell they're cool with you taking your dog anywhere else, though, which is fine by me.

The bathroom soap dish had mold in it, and the carpet in the hotel seemed extremly dirty as it was also dirty in the elevator. The breakfast didn't have a lot of choices but that was not a big deal. I just didn't especially like the mold and the dirty carpets

Good place to stay in Boise
Our stay was great, the grandkids loved the pool, we all loved the breakfast, beds were comfortable, shower hot, and we had a great stay. Our only problems were 1) having a hard time making the room key work, and 2) the pictures of the room were a bit more expansive than reality!
