Large Remodeled BSU Campus House w/ Indoor Hot Tub, Fenced Yard & Pets Stay Free

This unique and large property is one of the very few on the BSU campus and the full remodel has been completed. There is a recently refinished indoor hot tub available for use as of very recently. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac, has a large fenced yard w/ patio and fire pit, nice patio furniture, a brand new outdoor gas BBQ grill, a full kitchen, tons of living space, carport parking, and great amenities including a 70" TV with all streaming services, gigabit internet, fridge with ice maker, smart TVs in both bedrooms, a Keurig w/ cups, a washer and dryer for longer stays and more! It's walking distance to everything on campus, including the famous blue turf stadium, the Morrison Center, and the Taco Bell Arena!

OUTSIDE
You will have access to driveway parking, a huge fully fenced and yard with very unique landscaping, as well as a fire pit with seating, a large patio and decks, and wooden walkways to the gardens.

INSIDE
Includes two bedrooms with comfortable memory foam queen bed mattresses! Nice Samsung TVs with fire sticks and all streaming services are in both bedrooms as well as a mini fridge and work desk in the larger master bedroom. There is also a very large and comfortable couch that can convert into two beds in the living room if more sleeping space is needed.

All the main areas are private and exclusively for guests to use including the 70" smart TV with all the streaming services, a large collection of books, adult oriented games, and fast gigabit internet.

Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig machine and a variety of k-cups to use, air fryer, dishwasher, plenty of dishes, washer/dryer, tons of cooking supplies, and more.

BATHROOM
Remodeled private full bathroom right by both of the bedrooms with a brand new shower and a waterfall showerhead.

NOTES - HOT TUB
The yard is shared and the hot tub is in an indoor and finished green house area separate from the house, but you must walk a couple feet outside to get there. It's new and for now, I'm leaning towards Noon - Midnight as the hours it will be available. If you are booking multiple nights or only 1-2 guests, just ask and I will consider having it open 24 hours as long as you are respectful and not too loud.

Top blankets on beds not clean. No soap available to wash them. Mold in washing machine. Very musty throughout the house. Unflushed toilet when arrived. Continually awoken through night by neighbor dogs on side of door. No dead bold on front door. Bathroom sink was so clogged we could barely use it. Nails sticking out of boards on walkway outside. Danger for pets and humans. This place was so horrifying we left Early.B early and .

Infested with bugs and RUDE owner
Sadly we only stayed one of our two nights and were forced to get a hotel on the second night. When we arrived we accidentally knocked over a glass decoration and I contacted her immediately to apologize but never heard back. Then, then that evening as we were trying to go to bed the person who lives in the adjacent living quarters coming in late and their dogs barking incessantly so we couldn’t sleep. Then waking up to bug bites all over our bodies. Contacted owner and she accused of us of bringing the bugs with us, then said we were scammers. We’ve filed a formal complaint with VRBO. Never in all our years of renting vacation rentals have we ever experienced something so disgusting, and then horrible communication and accusations!

Not what was expected
Downside points: This is a shared space with the owner and with small dogs barking and in and in and out of the back yard. I booked thinking I may have to bring my german Shepard and am glad I did not since it is a shared space with dogs and he loves cats more than small dogs. Odd when we turned on the tv we were logged into the owners personal photos playing when the tv was idle to long. No bbq outside. Stayed there is a fire pit and it was covered by garden clippings so couldn’t make a s'more or enjoy a night around it if we wanted to. There is a frat next door that was quiet when we were there for orientation in June but could be an issue when school is in season again. The hot tub fan was loud and hard to enjoy due to the fan noise. We couldn’t enjoy the back yard because someone was always back there gardening or passing by and we didn’t know who or when they would be there. Sofa couch needs a good cleaning . Do not leave food on the counter that is open because ants will take over. Plus points: Shower head and pressure was amazing. Check in was easy. Good communication with owner. Walking distance to campus and stadium . An easy Uber ride to wherever you need to go. Beds are extra comfy. Nice updated floors and space really cute what has been done with the space and has everything you need to cook on site or order on.

Just to clarify, there is someone living in the rear portion of this property with multiple dogs that are let into the yard. They scratched at the dog door into the unit we were staying in multiple times which was loud and unnerving the first time it happened. We just used the place as a quick pit-stop on a cross country trip, so it was fine for what we needed. It is OK if you don't mind staying in a "college house". I gave it 4 out of 5 stars due to it being priced fairly.

Great location and big space, but not very clean at all. It was pretty cold and the AC was on, but they have the thermostat blocked so you can't change it. If it was cleaner, it would be a great place.
