As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a sitting area with leather chairs and a wood stove. Come in further and relax in the spacious and inviting living area, featuring tasteful decor and ample natural light streaming in through large windows. The focal point of the home is undoubtedly the massively large deck, offering panoramic views of the majestic mountains, where you'll see deer, elk, fox, birds of prey, Eagles and other wildlife. In the back yard you'll find a swing, perfect for the wildlife viewing. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset, the back yard provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The interior of the home is equally impressive, with three beautifully appointed bedrooms offering plush bedding on a queen size bed and ample space for a restful night's sleep. All bedrooms are located atop the gorgeous winding staircase. There is a fold out mattress to accommodate 7 guests. The master suite boasts its own private bath with sunken jacuzzi tub, dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration.

For those who need to stay productive during their stay, our home features two designated workstations equipped with two monitors. Whether you're catching up on emails or attending virtual meetings, you'll have everything you need to stay connected and focused.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. There is an adorable single coffee pot with K-cups provided for you. Gather around the large dining table that seats 7 and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal with loved ones or fire up the propane grill on the deck for a memorable outdoor barbecue experience.

Conveniently located near hiking trails, hot springs, ski resorts, and Lucky Peak for boating and paddleboarding, along with other outdoor attractions, our home serves as the perfect basecamp for adventure seekers and nature enthusiasts alike. Our nest is nestled between two favorite locations: Boise, which s only a quick 25-30 minute away and Idaho City, a cute old-fashioned saloon town with Hot Springs to enjoy. Lucky Peak. is a captivating natural gem This picturesque reservoir is located only 20 minutes down the road towards Boise.

Lucky Peak provides ample opportunities for boating, water skiing, paddleboarding, fishing and jet skiing. On land, Lucky Peak offers miles of hiking and biking trails that wind through the surrounding hills and forests. There is also a small lake where you can rent paddleboards, a beach and picnic areas with horseshoes.

-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
