Pretty dirty and poorly maintained. All the unwashable fabrics were gross and the drains were clogged. I was hoping to take a hot shower but couldn’t use it long before it backed up even if I put it on a trickle. Front desk person said he couldn’t do anything. There weren’t bugs at least and the bed was pretty comfortable. I thought there was breakfast but no idea where it would have been and probably better to skip anyway.

Check in process was ok but this morning the guy at the desk, Josh was his name and he said he was a lead, was so rude. I said I'm curving out and he just stared at me like i was am idiot and then started talking to another employee and I asked if he needed anything else from me and he finally said nope your good, with an attitude. Then my girlfriend asked if they had coffee and the same guy, Josh, rudely said breakfast ended at 930...it was 955, and all she asked for was coffee.

The housekeeping is the worst. The lady was not only rude but also threatening. I drove for 8 hours straight the previous night reaching there very late at night. Also had some personal issues that took me to 11 am before I could leave the next morning. Was wrapping up and needed 5 more minutes. Housekeeping knocked on the door. I politely requested I needed 5 more minutes. She went away, and a minute later, there was a bang on the door. One supposedly their leader showed up saying I have to leave, and started threatening me. I said I will speak with the manager. She said you can do whatever you want, but you have to leave. So, I picked up and went to the front desk. There she was, standing by the front deak fully prepared to pick up a fight if I complained. Didn't want a duel as I had another 10 or so hour drive ahead of me. So, just dropped off the key card and left! NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

Really nice to have an Applebees across the street. Room was clean and they offer breakfast which was helpful and free parking. 5 min from the airport and since we got in late it was perfect just to sleep for the night. Beds were pretty comfortable though I wish all hotels would ditch the foul blankets and bed covers that everyone knows are never washed. Bathroom was small but fine and shower was okay but a bit outdated.
