Great room, great breakfast, great location!
It was a pleasant surprise to get offered a cookie upon my arrival. The staff were great, thorough and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had at a hotel, with absolutely amazing house-cooked maple bacon that had to be 1/4 inch thick. The tub was very large and the counter space in the room was very long and spacious. I couldn't have been happier with the large size of the room, the great staff and the delicious breakfast. I came on a Monday night, so there was too long of a wait for my preference at the Sandbox because Monday's are live music nights, but I'm sure this would have been a plus if I was able to factor it in. Plus this hotel was right by the River Walk so I could walk to my conference each morning, enjoying the beautiful scenery and great weather.

Love staying at the RS for all its amenities . . Glad to see there are plans for room renovations. I stay here a lot and depending on what room you get the plumbing. Can be terrible .

Celebrating a friends 50th great time but initially was excited about the band at the SandBar they cancelled and we had no music and then no food or drink service at the pool but we made do!!

Our room had bad wi fi signal so we couldn't work online as we like to. Street light was bright in window. Noisy stairs. Very nice swimming pool area.

Great place to stay except beds are not comfortable. They advertise pillow top mattresses but very little cushion and overly firm. Otherwise it was clean, large rooms, good service and great ambience.
