Stayed here to be near the US embassy. Most everything was pretty much as expected, location was convenient, the breakfast was decent, room was clean. Only complaint is the mattresses were absolutely terrible. Probably one of the worst, most uncomfortable, and hard mattresses I’ve ever slept on. And that’s saying a lot considering I’ve had a couple over nighters in county. If you value a comfortable night’s sleep look elsewhere.

Excellent value, relatively close to the airport. Beautiful rooms. The restaurant is convenient. Only down is the showers... no way to regulate the pressure.

Hard beds but great buffet breakfast
I stayed before and loved the breakfast buffet. What I didn’t notice was how hard the beds are. They provided a bed top but that didn’t help. We also had to ask for extra pillows to rest more comfortably. Tried to order something from the restaurant menu but many options were not available.

You pay for what you get. Would not stay again.
No air conditioner and if you open window yo cool off during the night, you still can’t sleep bc of all of the street noise. EVEN ON 9th floor!! One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it offered Wi-Fi. However, the Wi-Fi was down for half of our stay and there was no backup offered.

I gave average to staff since restaurant stafff on 4th floor was often rude, not all of them but very noticeable specially with other latin guests. Reception and rooms staff were amazing, always checking on you when you go in/out property.

Do not recommend staying here. No AC and room was hot/stuffy. The mini fridge did not work and when we called we were told it was supposed to be at room temperature. What is the point of a mini fridge then? Problems with water pressure (sink water coming out milky/cloudy, toilet not flushing). We checked out 1 day early and were not provided a refund for that 1 day because the front desk stated we did not provide 48 hours notice, which was not true. We notified them on Friday that we planned to check out on the following Tuesday. Will not be coming back.
