You'll have a front row seat to Bonita Beach's spectacular sunsets while watching from the two large screened lanai balconies or private beachfront backyard with plenty of loungers and dining tables. Inside you will enjoy an open concept family room, dining area and well appointed kitchen which features stainless steel appliances. The main floor also includes a king bedroom with ensuite and a queen bedroom with ensuite. The spacious top floor Master bedroom with Gulf view has a grand king-sized bed and full ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. This floor also offers a second king Gulfview bedroom and two queen-sized bedrooms which share a full bathroom with private hallway access. Elevator access from the garage to all floors. My wife and I rented this property for two weeks in January and hosted our brothers and their spouses for about six nights. We’ve had great luck with VRBO over the years. This is the very first time we’ve been significantly disappointed. The property was damaged significantly due to recent hurricanes. The rental company did not disclose any of these damages to us despite the renter confirming with us that the property was 100% fully repaired. Three ocean facing windows were fully missing and were replaced with plyboard. …. Some other windows were covered by storm shutters that would not retract. All of the plantation shutters were damaged and needed to be fully replaced. Some shutters were missing leaving us baking in afternoon sun. Many of the bed linens were filthy. Lamps were broken. We had to replace all of the comforters due to cigarette burns in some and significant staining on others. The cookware was destroyed / teflon peeling off and rusty and in desperate need of replacement (the renter did purchase the cookware on day 4). The icemaker had not been serviced or cleaned in a long, long time. It was covered in mold. An entire wall of the kitchen did not have electricity which kept our Vent hood and over-stove lights nonfunctional for the entire stay. This major electrical shortcoming forced us to plug all appliances into other outlets throughout the kitchen, on the island. Showers did not drain ..We were duped!!

Our family all came together to stay at Seabreeze for Thanksgiving. The house has everything you need (kitchen, too)! It’s incredibly spacious and is in a perfect location to access Bonita Springs. We absolutely loved it and already rented it for next year. 😊

Tropical Storm Debbie Didn't Stop Us!
We arrived during the onset of Tropical Storm Debbie. When the winds and rain swept in we were a little concerned but Arlan assured us we would have a nice stay anyway. The water rose & so did the temps inside the house. The AC was damaged as well as one of the upstairs windows during the storm. Many people had minor storm damage but Arlan sent repair men right away. It did take almost 48 hours to get the AC fixed properly, so most of our family ended up sleeping on the screened-in porch for 2 nights because it was almost 90 degrees inside. Arlan offered to bring fans but we didn't see his message in time. The rest of the week went smoothly. The house is beautiful as well as the beach. Definitely will recommend the Seabreeze to anyone heading to Bonita Beach.

We had an amazing family vacation. The house was very clean and accommodated our family of 11 perfectly. We especially enjoyed the Tiki hut-a great place to relax away from the sun. It was great to have the beach and tiled area directly in the back of the house. The management team responded immediately when we had difficulty with the elevator. We will be back!!

Property basically as advertised. Wonderful beach view and experience. Elevator a plus for luggage and groceries. Some maintenance items that should be addressed, most of which are minor.. I would, suggest that the two areas of ceiling mold in the 2nd floor half bath be addressed. I think the source of the problem is most likely the hall bath shower on the 3rd floor.

Our family was in town for our father’s 80th Birthday. We were 2 families with adult children including spouses, 10 total. This house was perfect for us! Everyone had their own rooms. only 2 people had to share a huge bathroom. We had a private chef (Angelo Messano)come in to cook a fantastic meal for my dad’s birthday. The house easily accommodated 12 for dinner. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet, we called and they had someone there in an hour. I would definitely do back to the Seabreeze

Great location and view
The location and view can’t be beat. The house was perfect for our size of 6 adults and 3 kids. The exterior of the property could use some maintenance and the inside throw rugs could use a good wash or be replaced. The bath towels there were some great ones but plenty of bad ones that need to be tossed. Overall this is a great property and would not hesitate to rent it again just a few things make it better overall.

Our experience at the SeaBreeze was wonderful and much more than we ever expected. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week such as towels, chairs,and toys. There was so much for us to use it was nice being able to enjoy the beach without having to go buy everything. The house itself was beautiful with a amazing view. The convenience of walking out to the beach just by stepping out of the back door was everything. This was the best house we ever stayed in and we will most definitely be back .

First time in Bonita!
We had a group of 12 and this house accommodated us very well. The pictures portray it accurately and it’s location on the beach was perfect! We were beach bums all week and loved being able to walk out the back door right onto the beach. The house was stocked with a lot of beach towels and toys. There were two kayaks, a beach wagon, a beach tent for kids, floaties, etc.! Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses,bowls, pots and pans and even a blender. We had the best week and would definitely stay again.

Great house at a great location. This property is well equipped for those that are traveling light. Recent renovations have really improved the experience but lack of instructions on using the elevator, tv etc. were a bit frustrating. There were damaged doors and kitchen cabinets and the few items we called the management company about were addressed immediately. We did feel that the welcome email lacked detail and important information ( I.e. garbage and recycling days) yet we were referred back to that email when we asked the management company procedural questions. All in all it was a wonderful trip and those minor items didn’t deter from it.

Lots of issues
Great spot on the beach but the home had many issues. To start with the mattress in each room may be new but the linens and bed pillows are years old. I don’t understand why anyone would replace a mattress and keep pillows that are small flat and yellow stained. Just gross! The master bath toilet will not flush on its own without the help of you removing the back lid, holding down the lever so the bowl fills up with water then allowing you to flush. The kitchen microwave has a short in the electrical cord. You will need to pull the microwave out a bit, reach around to the rear, locating the cord then jiggle it until the power comes back. This will need to be done at least 1-2 times a day. The door to the pantry cabinet under the microwave is hanging on by a thread. It will not close properly due to two of the hinges coming loose from the frame. All of the televisions may be new and smart but there is only one smart remote so this will need to be shared by all six bedrooms plus the living room if you plan to watch Netflix etc. We found that not all of the tv’s are connected to the internet hence no use for the smart remote in those rooms. I had my IPad so I watched what I wanted on that each night. Both of the gulf facing balconies need to be power washed. There are years worth of dirt, dust and grime built up on the screens enclosing the porches. The second floor balcony ceiling fan works but the third floor ceiling fan does not. It is seized up. The rust is so bad the pull chains are stuck. Both fans need replaced in my opinion. Half of the indoor shutters are broken and will not open or close properly. The slats are loose from the hooks that hold them in place. Most of the living room and dining room shutters have been completely removed and are in the garage leaning against the wall. One of the wooden slats on the staircase is loose. Only a matter of time before it breaks off completely. There are many beach toys, floats and chairs but the garage needs to be cleaned out. Numerous items are broken and need to be thrown away. A good sweeping would help as well. There are many nicks, scrapes, scratches and wall damage throughout the house. I realize it’s a rental but some of these are bad. As are the kitchen cabinets. The left end of the uppers are detached and broken away from the wall. My family and I still had a good time at the property and loved the closeness of the beach yet the idiosyncrasies were disappointing.

Relaxing and indulgent getaway!
Perfect Beachfront home. Super accommodating for our 8 guests, we had ample room for everyone. All necessities were thought of, we literally had to go to the grocery store for food and sunscreen, and that was it. ( *Elevator was super helpful for luggage and groceries) Awesome restaurants were close by, (Chops City Grille) and amazing golf courses (Tiburon, Old Cork Screw, Wild Dunes, Forest Glen) just minutes away!!!! Invigorating morning strolls on the beach, leading to low tide evenings shelling for sand dollars, and the sunsets were Stunning! (some beautiful lightening shows at night too) Arlan the property manager, was spectacularly pleasant (always with a smile to his voice) with all questions I had about things to do in the area, and how to work things around the house. I recommend this property and Collier Global in that area for any of their properties. The house was super Clean and a family friendly place in paradise!

Although there are a lot of stairs, the elevator was a plus with luggage/groceries. We were all in heaven being directly on the beach! Seabreeze had plenty of sand toys for the kids, a kayak, body surfing boards, etc. -- Jet ski and paddle board rentals just down the beach. Sunsets were breathtaking! A PERFECT FAMILY VACATION!

Bonita Beach- Seabreeze
We had a great time at Seabreeze. Location is great. Close to Doc's which is fun, but a little overflow of beach goers will set up in front of property. Not too bothersome, just good to know. We just stayed in the beach backyard using the great loungers provided. House is well stocked in the kitchen and has many beach accessories. We all had a great time!
