THE PRESERVE AT WOODS EDGE - GATED COMMUNITY - BONITA SPRINGS - POOL - FULLY FURNISHED - Located just off of US 41 south of Bonita Beach Rd. and is convenient to some of the best beaches in the world (Wiggins Pass, Lovers Key, Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach to name a few), major shopping centers, golf courses, & fantastic restaurants! In a prime location having anything you could want at your fingertips.

Our first floor bright and newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo is perfect for any getaway. Updated with NEW furniture throughout including NEW vinyl plank flooring. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a NEW king sleep number Mattress, has a walk-in closet, and a 50" SMART TV with Roku capability. The second bedroom has new twin beds, a spacious closet, and a 42" TV with Roku SMART capability. All new and luxury linens throughout. The Kitchen has all the necessities and more for your stay! Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from our Keurig or if you prefer, feel free to make a pot with our Mr. Coffee coffee maker. The living room is furnished with NEW leather furniture and a 55" SMART TV. All 3 TV's are logged into YouTube TV for your convenience. We also provide high speed Wi-Fi & keyless entry. There is no better place to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine than on the lanai enjoying all of the Florida sounds. The gated pool is about 25 feet from our back porch which makes trips easy back and forth if you happen to get hungry for a snack or need a refill. The pool also has a grilling area for our guests to use. Walking distance to many restaurants including Melā€™s Diner, Pinchers, KFC, Taco Bell and Dunkinā€™. Just outside the gated entrance is a nice riding or walking trail. Bike can be rented at a local bike shop, delivered to the condo. Less than a 3 mile ride to the beach or just over a two mile ride to our favorite ice cream shop Sweet Mellisaā€™s. There is ONE parking slot labeled for your convenience along with guest parking on site. There are 4 brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and towels available for our guests.

Perfect condo resulting in amazing vacation!
The communication with the host was brilliant from day one of booking and every question we had in advance they answered quickly and efficiently and they were incredibly accommodating. The condo was a perfect location to local amenities and had a wonderful pool area. Everything was clean, to the highest of standards and very welcoming. We enjoyed this condo very much, it was close to everything on the Tamiami Trail Corridor. The pool was enjoyable and just steps away. Coffee and toiletries were provided. Publix grocery was nearby and convenient. My church was a short 15 minute walk away along the walk path.

A Lovely Vacation
This was our 1st time staying at the condo. The condo is an excellent 2 bedroom unit with new furniture, fresh paint and new flooring throughout. We enjoyed our stay at the condo as it was a 1st floor with a lanai facing a quiet wooded area. We plan to stay again next year as we had such a wonderful time!

This condo is an awesome place to stay! Very clean, very well equipped with anything you may need. I especially appreciated the location being close to both Fort Myers Beach and Naples. Publix was just down the street and many fast food restaurants created such convenience for last minute meals. An excellent wheelchair accessible condo!
Easy to check in, accurate description of property, very clean, well-stocked, close to many restaurants, easy parking. Pool is 50 feet away! It is quiet, beach is quite close, 30 min to airport (except during rush-hour) and hosts were always responsive. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic stay in Bonita Springs!
We came down for spring break to escape Michigan! The condo doesnā€™t disappoint! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and so much more! Nice beach chairs, plenty of things that you donā€™t want to supply such as toliet paper,dishwasher tabs, dish soap,etc! Such a great location ,and a quick drive to the beach. We spent most of our time at the pool which is literally steps away from the condo! Thanks Zach and Ellie!

This is a beautiful newly renovated property. Zach was very responsive to any/all questions. Such a comfortable stay. We were in Estero most of the time cleaning out my parents home that was lost due to Ian and it was so nice to come back after long days to this beautiful, comfortable space.
