Best VRBO EXPERIENCE YET !
Seashell Cottage was perfect for me, my husband , and our 2 dogs. Our host , Steve Sims , was very responsive and accommodating.The place was ready a few hours early and Steve welcomed us ahead of check in time. Much appreciated after 2.5 days traveling from Michigan. We were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit, a dish of candy ,water in the fridge, and a bag of ice in the freezer. Everything you need for a day at the beach was available for use. Beach chairs, beach umbrella , coolers and beach towels. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood with a small lake behind the home. We loved having morning in the coffe

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, had all the amenities you need plus! Great location to get to the beach. Lots of seating...inside and out. Great communication with the host. They were so accommodating! Pictures were accurate. Close to everything!

My husband and I both thought the property was neat and clean, the decor was beach cottage perfect and everything we needed was there. Location is in the middle of restaurants, shopping, etc. Our primary destination was Lovers Key, and we were minutes away. We have been VRBO clients for years and we agree that this is the best yet.

Quiet neighborhood, lovely home and fenced in yard for my dog. Looking out from the lanai is a large pond with the sights and sounds of nature...very relaxing. Hosts were helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend this home.

Seashell Cottage great place to relax
Husband and I spent 4 nights at the cottage. Everything was as advertised. Place was clean and well furnished. So pleasant to sit in the screened room and watch and listen to the birds with a nice view of water. Check in was easy and hosts responded to all questions in a timely manner. We drove down to Bonita Springs with our small dog and the place was great as it had a backyard and a quiet neighborhood to walk her. The house was clean and comfortable and hosts were attentive and easy to reach. All sorts of shopping and beach were both just minutes away! Would definitely stay there again😊

Amazing cosy place
Cosy 2-bedroom with all the amenities you would want. Near restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shop, and close enough to bicycle to the beach. The hosts Abbe and Steve were very responsive and were happy to loan us bikes which was a great perk. Our 2 dogs loved poking around the fenced in garden. And we could see and hear lots of interesting wildlife in the pond behind the house. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great spot in Bonita Springs
We really enjoyed our stay here. Obvious pride of ownership. It’s even a little larger than the pictures show. Obvious pride of ownership. Great use of space, with breakfast bar, table and outdoor dining in screened porch. We especially appreciated the fenced yard for our dog, good local walking for him, and an excellent dog park a short drive away. In a quiet residential neighbourhood but only a block off Bonita Beach Rd. Very centrally located, only a couple miles from beaches (still closed due to hurricane), easy access to Naples and to the interstate. Enjoyed some excellent restaurants including Iguana Mia (5-minute walk away), and Celebration Park, a colourful and delicious collection of food trucks in East Naples. Our host, Abbe, was very responsive, checking in on us after arrival and even delivering a large cutting board when we mentioned we couldn’t find one. One note: this is half of a duplex, but the fenced yard is private to this unit, and there was no noise at all from the other unit. Would stay here again if we’re back in Bonita Springs.

Perfect Cottage
We spent two weeks in FL visiting friends and this cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. It was VERY clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Nice place to stay for the week
My partner had work in Ft. Myers, and this was a nice place to stay with our dog. The yard worked out very well for our dog, and the house was furnished with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean.

Our new build was delayed so we rented this property for two months awaiting closing. Super cute and clean! The furnishings are very nice and our host Steve was amazing! So accommodating and nice.
