Room was not ready at check-in time 3pm. I was forced to wait till 6.20pm and it still was not ready. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I asked for refund, she refused. I came from 19 hours flight and needed my room to rest. At 7pm room still was not ready. I left and went to a different hotel. This hotel amenities were dirty all around. Terrible.

The property is well situated close to the main Bonn central station and also close to tram stops. The place was mainly clean just a few minor concerns in the bathroom with the shower curtains. The main issue was the lack of air conditioning in the room, but the staff was very accommodating and provided me with extra fans. The breakfast was more than I expected, provided both warm food and cold cuts with variety.

Old fashioned hotel but everything is refubrished, except the rugs, which are clean but occasionally you might find some stains that cannot be removed

The room overlooks a rear court, from which people could look directly into our room. It was very quiet from street noise, but very noisy otherwise: one evening in a restaurant on the court a raucous crowd stayed until 1:30AM; setting-up for breakfast and early breakfast patrons sounded loudly into our room. On check-out day we had to leave early; a takeaway breakfast was promised, but not ready for us at the stated time; we had to wait 10 minutes for it. The wireless key fob to the room was difficult to use.

I booked a queen room but was given a single. I was also charged twice for the stay and it was a hassle to get a refund. No compensation or apology was offered for the room being the wrong type. The room was noisy.

Leider ist dieses Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es müssten einige Renovierungen vorgenommen werden. ….! Dafür war der Aufenthalt sehr günstig.

오래된 건물이라 특유의 냄새가 있어요. 이게 방마나 정도가 다른듯해요. 저는 괜찮았는데 일행은 냄새가 많이 났다네요. 그리고 트램이 바로 옆으로 지나가는데 방음이 되지않아 시끄러웠어요. 화장실에 물도 잘 안빠졌고 하우스키핑이 밤에 없어서 샴푸 떨어졌는데 리필을 못받고 아침에 카운터 직원에게 말했네요..

Einfaches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber sauber. Das Zimmer hatte Blick zur Straße, auf der u.a. auch Straßenbahnen und Busse vorbeifahren. Aber die Lage ist super zentral.
