No shuttle from airport after talking with hotel and waiting 45 min we finally got a taxi. Booked a King bed they gave us a double. When going to the desk to inquire they said they only had a handicap King room left and couldn’t give it to us. We had a room booked for the next day. We had to leave the property with our luggage and return later. Kevin drove us to get our rental car and when we told him how our service had been he held our luggage for us so we would not have to haul it all day. Disappointed to say the least. King rooms do cost more never was even offered any money back for difference, wasn’t on your staffs radar.

Embassy reception is far less interesting than i recall it being. Only stale chips and sweet salsa. Really disappointing. Breakfast was ok. Omelet was great, the other items were not impressive. This property is very dated.

This is an airport property and served us well as a place to stay when we flew in late. The property is very dated, but was clean.

I have stayed at very many Embassy Suites and have never had such a bad experience. The staff was not interested in being there at all, it was like I was bothering them to do their job. The water pressure was horrible at best. The choice of music in the lobby area left a lot to be desired. On several occasions my wife was bothered while in the room by herself by the maintenance personal even though we weren't checking out. I also have never had to pay to park my own vehicle at a hotel I am staying at.
