We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. There was some debris on the property, but it wasn't a problem for us, and we completely understood since they had just experienced Hurricane Helene. We were just thrilled to be able to stay for our nephew's wedding so soon after that! The beds were very comfy and the view is wonderful from both floors. The hot tub and game room were both a hit with our young adults and we would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the beautiful town of Blowing Rock or surrounding areas!

Beautiful Mountain Views and Great Location!
The house has a great view of the mountains and is only minutes from downtown Blowing Rock. House has a fire pit, grill, hot tub and game room which kept us busy. I would highly recommend.

Anniversary weekend.
The house is very easy to get to. No steep driveway like most of the houses I have rented in Blowing Rock. The view was wonderful. It's very close to town with all the great shops and less than 2 miles from Bass Lake where they have nice walking trails. We were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary with friends and had a great weekend.

The location was fantastic and we had a super time. Great space for people to do their own thing with the deck and the hot tub. We brought our own firewood and had a couple of nice fires in the metal fire pit. If you have as my sort of knee or hip issues you should know that there are lots of stairs to navigate throughout the house. Our group was fine, but that is something to be aware of. The location was fantastic, minutes from Bass Lake and downtown Blowing Rock. The host was very responsive!

Great location
We took the family and the dogs to spend a long weekend here and had a really nice time. The house had everything we needed for adults and children and pets. It was so nice to not have to pack things like baby gates and a pack and play. The location was superb. A couple miles from downtown Blowing Rock and just a mile from Moses Cone. Close enough to everything while still feeling like a mountain getaway. The hosts were fantastic, and very responsive when we had questions or needed help. We only wish we had booked a couple more nights! Highly recommend.

Very Pleasant Base Near Blowing Rock
This house is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood within a couple of miles of downtown Blowing Rock and two wonderful parks for nearly endless hiking choices - Moses Cone and Julian Price. The views were good, and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially liked sitting in the comfortable chairs by the gas fireplace that we used each morning and evening. The host was accommodating and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in this home that was clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available and easy to access. The view from the fireplace room and upstairs is outstanding. Its's proximity to main street in Blowing Rock is so close (5-8 minutes). There are 3 floors and steep stairs for those who might be impacted by those. We had a really great stay!

Fantastic views, amenities and location.
Our family really enjoyed this property. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a short drive to town and everything else. The owners provided everything we needed and it was great relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. The view from the balcony was great and the Blue Ridge Parkway is about two minutes up the road.

We just had a short stay. We wanted a place near Tweetie Christmas Train. Only 10 minutes away, so location was perfect. The house was very clean and well decorated. You felt very welcomed in the space. The best part of this property was the very prompt and most helpful communication.

Great Stay and Beautiful Scenery for Families
This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving vacation. It was equipped with all that you would need in the kitchen, has a wonderful hot tub, dog friendly, and lots of accessories if you are traveling with children. The view was amazing and very convenient, with downtown Blowing Rock just a couple of miles away. Loved every minute of our stay.

Love Blowing Rock!
This was a great property and location for our first trip to Blowing Rock. We brought our 2 year old German Shepherd with us and found the house and yard perfect for our needs. The house was lovely and the location was perfect!

Another wonderful week in Blowing Rock. This home has beautiful views, super comfortable, and a breezy open feel. The host is gracious and welcoming. The home was white glove clean and stocked with the basics. We were just a few miles from the town and yet far away from any traffic. The local Food Lion is a few miles away. If you are a cyclist, this is a great spot. Rhoddie Bikes is an excellent stop. We would rent again!

Cute house with great view
The house was the perfect size for five adults. It was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. It was only five minutes to downtown Blowing Rock and close to a lot of great hiking. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. My family was entertained by the foosball, darts and ping pong. The hot tub was great after hiking all day.

Great location with all the little things
The house is in a perfect location. There is a fun hill to sled on 2 mins away and about 10 min drive to Appalachian ski. The garage game room was fun for the kids. The property is on well septic but the water was excellent and no need for bottled water. The property was well taken care of and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Coffee pot, keurig and tea kettle. There were so many little things that were so nice to have that you don’t typically see in rentals, extra spices, napkins, dishwasher soap, trash bags, shampoo, etc. lots of cards and boards games and smart tvs for entertainment. The pictures do not do the view justice. The only con was the stairs. You enter the property at ground level and have a steep set of stairs to get to the living area and kitchen. It is another set of steep stairs to get to the bedrooms. The stairs were wood and slippery. I would be very cautious using with socks on. But would we come back?? Absolutely. Already planning for next year!
