Best breakfast buffet ever. Scrambled eggs, link sausage, biscuits, gravy, frittata, tortillas, potatos and spiced apples. Also, make your own waffles with fruit toppings, chocolate muffins, cereal, cereal toppings, juice, coffee and I probably left out some other things, but you get the idea.

What a lovely surprise! Clean, quiet, friendly! Loved the decor & the multiple seating areas in the lobby. The breakfast was so much better than most hotels. Lots of hot options, lots of protein. And enough seating!!! If you like Mexican food, there’s a small taqueria just down from the hotel that was absolutely delicious.

I stayed with my family. We were 4 in a room for 4 days. They didn’t do housekeeping, though I requested several times. I had to look for clean towels, because they didn’t give us that neither. We had only a small hand soap for the 4 of us those 4 days. If you are going for 1 night is great. Good breakfast and clean room, with towels the first day. I do not recommend this hotel for more time. It doesn’t matter if you call housekeeping, they don’t answer the phone; or if you talk at the front desk, they say someone will go to your room but nobody does. It is sad because the hotel is really nice, breakfast is so good; but poor front desk service and no housekeeping made the whole experience very negative.

We had to check out since we had made a reservation with two cards (one reservation was a business one and the other, for pleasure) and packing up and putting everything back in the car and then only able to check back in 3 hrs later was extremely inconvenient This was a boutique hotel yet there were no glasses, the hotel was located in a busy road and the dining area was overcrowded and insufficient seating for busy breakfasting crowds both nights. I did like the fitness and pool area and the soaps in the bathroom were nice the towels bedding and beds were all comfy.

Stay at a Holiday Inn or sleep in the car.
Front desk clerk that checked me in was not happy to be there and surely. The room was dirty but they said it was the last room they had. The shower leaked ALL OVER the bathroom floor but it has the last room they had. The entire view from the first floor room was of a van that parked 12 inches from the only window. Breakfast was not edible. And this was a $330 room.

The shower door would not stay closed. I had to shove a rag in between the doors to keep it open. Also the pack-n-play we borrowed was broke.

The hotel was fine -Convenient location. Our room had dirt and crumbs on floor around the beds but otherwise adequate. Good water pressure in the shower! The gym (yes, we workout on vacation) definitely wasn’t designed by someone who actually works out. Equipment was okay but it was hot, humid, no remote for the TV and poorly laid out.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Graystone Lodge! The staff were friendly and the facilities were great! Also, they have a delicious breakfast bar every morning. I would definitely stay again there if the opportunity arises.

I thought with it being a lodge in the mountains, there would be better views of the mountains. However, the room was very comfortable and roomy. The 24 hour coffee availability was the best feature.
