Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 44 m², an open equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces as well as a balcony. The housing is composed as follows:

On the ground floor of the duplex:

- A balcony of about 9.5 m², facing South-East with furniture, accessible from the rooms on the lower floor.
- A terrace facing South, about 34 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days, accessible from the living room.
- A second terrace facing South-East, of about 45.5 m² accessible from the duplex floor.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, plancha table, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
