Love this hotel. Just not completely satisfied with the condition of the tub and the bathroom glass sliding door that didn’t shut completely. The Sunday brunch buffet was amazing as always, front desk staff was more than helpful when it was brought to their attention our room didn’t get serviced one day. Will book again sometime! Beautiful place.

Rooms and hotel were nice, but we had lots of little brown bugs in our room, mostly in the bathroom, when we checked out, notified the front desk, said they would have given us a discount, but we booked through Expedia, so they couldn’t as the room was prepaid, just thought they should spray it before renting it out again

I’ve likely stayed at the Saskatoon Inn 40-50 nights over the last five years for both work and leisure. It was always ok and decent. Lately, extremely rude staff…I tried to check in mid-afternoon yesterday and was told to “ Leave, go away, and come back at 4 pm.” So if my room was unavailable, a normal front desk interaction would be to apologize that my room wasn’t ready, send me to the bar for a beer while I wait, or have a coffee on them while I wait. Never in my 35 years of travelling have I been told “Leave, go away, come back later.” It’s offensive, rude, and condescending to talk to a customer in this manner. From the front desk to the restaurant; English seems to be a language that is not primary and almost unknown. It is very difficult to even place a simple order for breakfast or to interact with the front desk staff. I’m not sure why proficient English skills are not a requirement for this hotel’s customer service staff; but it’s definitely not a priority to the owner/management of this hotel. Restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be; seems like different staff every time I visit. Do yourself a favour, spend your money elsewhere…this hotel doesn’t value or appreciate customers or understand or care how to give good customer service. Maybe they should leave and go away ? I will never stay here again.

Waterfall from 8th floor bathroom ceiling!
Checked into an 8th floor room and had an uneventful stay until 10:30 pm when water started pouring from the bathroom ceiling (the photo doesn’t do the waterfall justice). Called the front desk to report the disaster and was offered a different room if we thought there might be too much water to stay in the current room! No help was offered drying items or moving to the new room, and no apologies, discounts, or offers of any kind followed.

The hotel 's lobby is looks impressive, pool has a heated water, but the ambient temperature is cooled, and it is cold to leave the pool. Breakfast sizes are generous and VIP Expedia got a full breakfast for free.The interiors are too dark in the hallways, and in the rooms.

Positive-price and the room was decent if you could get into it! Negatives-dismissive staff, food left in the refrigerator from previous guests, room keys that would not work (three different times I had to take the elevator down to the lobby because our key wouldn’t work) the staff are dismissive and act like you’re bothering them when you bring up issues. I was also told they couldn’t offer me anything because I had booked with Expedia. The tv had very bad reception and there was no guide. There was also a group of evacuees staying there, I’m not sure if this led to the staff being stretched and thus dismissive of concerns.

The facility would be more attractive and more beautiful if its clean. The carpet in the lounge seems like hasn't been vacuumed for a long time, even the couches. flies everywhere even in our room. The freezer in our room is full of ice, seems like it has not been clean for so long. The coffee machine where you put the water is dirty. Cleanliness should be the main goal in the hotel.
