someone came into room using their room card and when told staff at checkout it wasn't reported well someone didn't do their job!! As for cleanliness long hairs on heater/fan, stains on chairs had to sit on towels, table leg was loose But Cheap rate so you get what you pay for

Terrible place.
It was noisy and smelled of drugs. People doing it right outside the door. Did not feel safe. Ended up leaving and finding a better hotel. Over run with bad people.

The property is clean and the staff were trying really hard to ensure great service. Unfortunately the walls and floors are paper thin, and the experience of listening to people shower above in the middle of the night, and doors slamming at all hours of the day and night were unbearable. Some serious upgrades are required at this property.

Very clean and well maintained for Travelodge. Sometimes their quality is very lacking but that was not the case here. Room was awesome and the pool was nice

Getting to our room from the parking lot had to go through 4-5 people just hanging around the door smoking cigarettes and weed once in the building the walls were dented and had a gross smell from the 30 yr old rug on the stairs. As we were getting to our room, there was two children unattended, walking down the hallway saying they didn’t know where their parents were ages three and six so he went into our room and in our room, we could hear the room next-door, baby, screaming, and people talking The walls were paper thin I would never stay at another Travelodge in my life

It was very convenient to get around the city from the hotel. The pool was not the lane pool I was expecting but rather a waterslide and hot tub which I was not interested in.

The Hotel is quite rundown. We booked a two night stay and were out in ground floor room near outside exit. The door for outside exit slammed so hard it shook wall behind our heads to point we barely slept. Lots of people coming and going constantly through the night. Hotel staff were excellent in getting me a refund for 2nd night stay which we choose to go to another hotel. Hotel is just old and rundown. The staff is very accommodating but I think ownership needs to do some serious investment in the property to ever have be considered a decent hotel again. Wouldn’t stay again it’s too bad was always a favourite hotel in Saskatoon as a kid.

The shower was not working on the day we arrived informed the front desk, they told they will be coming to look in to it bit no one came that night. next day morning called again maintenance staff came by 8.15 am. he tried to fix it by the time he fixed we have to vacate the room for our next day plans we have. so no shower for 2 days for me and family. Staffs are friendly and the room was clean when we arrived. it not a complaint just informing you. thank you.
