SEASIDE STUDIO private car park close to shops quiet residence

The studio is on the 2nd floor, southwest exposure. It is equipped for up to 4 people. The living room includes 1 fold away bed (2 places), 1 sofa bed (2 places), 1 table with chairs), 1 boxes furniture storage, 1 closet-storage cabinet, 1 TV. Bathroom with bath, storage cabinet, towel rail, separate WC with 1 small storage unit. The kitchen includes 1 gas cooker, 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, 1 microwave, 1 coffee maker, kettle 1 (1 window above the sink). In the hallway leading to the living room, there are 1 wardrobe closet where you will also find one vacuum cleaner. In the loggia, you have 1 table with chairs and 1 cupboard, 1 collapsible clothesline, herbs for your salad salads for example, ornamental plants; 1 store to cut the sun on the length of the loggia. There is 1 electric shutter to close the bay of the living room.
The parking lot of the residence is closed (barrier beeps) and the parking lot has a bar (with key). A large pine tree provides shade side kitchen, loggia side you have the small garden of the residence.
