When I checked in, I was told to unhook the phone because rooms are called throughout the night with a cockamamie checking didn’t take the credit card correctly story and asking for your credit card. This led me to behind worrying about how someone knew I had checked into the room, etc. IHG needs to attend to this matter because anyone who reads this review is now going to think twice about staying at the hotel with privacy issues.

My room was one of the most uncomfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. the bed was so high that I couldn't just sit on the edge of it. The rolling chair felt was like it was made out of concrete and the other chair was just hard.

Very old and dirty bathroom and shower. Mold along the shower door and edges. Bathroom floor and shower had hair and debris from previous guests. Hotel room walls must be thin due to amount of noise, TV, and music that was heard at all hours in our room.
