**The space**
The newly renovated home features 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and outdoor patio. Centrally located 2 blocks from downtown Boulder. Restaurants, trails, and Pearl Street.

Classic Boulder charm all within walking distance. The bus stop on the corner will take you from your doorstep to Denver!

The bedrooms are outfitted with the best hotel quality Brooklinen linens, Casper mattresses and hypoallergenic comforter and pillows to give you a great night's sleep. Each bedroom has it’s own smart tv and plenty of closet space to store your items. Each bedroom has a small seating area for additional storage or working space.

The dining and living room are open and airy giving you plenty of space to enjoy a meal, work or relax. We have provided several books, games and Xfinity cable services on the televisions for you to enjoy while you stay.

The kitchen is loaded up with everything you need to prepare a meal. Including a full size refrigerator, double convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, keurig, and full size washer/dryer. All of the pots, pans, bakeware and dish-ware will provide you with the ability to create and plate a wonderful meal.

The bathroom features a standup tiled shower with the very best in luxury amenity products.

The outdoor patio has a privacy fence and flagstone seating area. Perfect for enjoying one of the many wines and beers you can find just a few blocks away on Pearl Street.

We hold the highest standards in keeping the unit clean and sanitized between each booking. During this time we have taken additional measures to ensure we are going above and beyond to maintain these standards. The home is always stocked with hand soap, dish soap, disinfectant spray, bleach, laundry soap, surface spray, toilet paper and paper towels.

Great Place in an Awesome Location!
Our stay was ideal in every way – this VRBO is beautiful and in such a great location! There are so many wonderful places in walking distance, and some nice mountain hikes within a 15 min drive. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are super-comfy. The hosts are also very kind. Thank you for such a nice experience!

We had a great trip We really enjoyed the home. It was clean and cozy and we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Appreciated the snacks upon arrival. Great location
The unit is recently remodeled, clean and in good condition. It is located in a residential area two blocks from Pearl Street and about a ten minute walk from the main Pearl Street shopping district. Management was prompt and responsive to any questions. The unit has off-street parking. The only issue we had is it only has a single small bathroom so was a bit cramped for a family of four but we knew that going in and were more than happy with everything else.

Absolute Perfection in Every Way!
From start to finish our stay was perfection! Communication is excellent from booking to check-in and check-out (sad to leave our little home away from home!) We entered the house easily and found waiting for us an exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well appointed home (with an adorable decor theme). We were welcomed with the most amazing and thoughtful Welcome Basket and bottle of wine! We found the home to be very comfortable and homey throughout. The beds and bedding are superior, and the living room/dining room seating were all very comfortable as well. The shower in the bathroom has a luxurious feel! More thoughtful touches were found in here too! The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need for a longer stay! In fact I hope stay again for longer than a few days. We enjoyed our coffee, lunch and snacks on your lovely patio too. If there was a Michelin star for VRBO's this deserves it - perhaps it'd be a Moo-chelin Star!

This was the best VBRO experience we have ever had. The house was perfect, the owners communicated very well and the house has everything that you could ever need. The neighborhood is great and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Boulder!

Our family, with 2 young children, had a delightful stay! Very comfortable beds, awesome couch, and well-appointed kitchen. Cute & Comfortable!
I stayed here with my two teenagers and we loved it. Very clean and comfortable beds (and super comfy couch!) The welcome basket with snacks and wine was much appreciated, as was the complete coffee set up, spice rack, etc. This is a very well thought out VRBO, and we will definitely be back. Also, location is great - 2 blocks from Pearl Street, with shopping, cafes and restaurants.

First Boulder visit
Property is a great place for those that like to walk to attractions like coffee, dinner spots or shopping. Very convenient and an easy drive to nearby hiking trails or Univ campus. Space was very, very clean. While we didn't use the kitchen, it was outfitted with all the amenities you would need. Very quite neighborhood, we never heard anything from outside. It has one bathroom that is small, so not sure I'd stay here with 4 adults but for us as a couple it was absolutely perfect.

Perfect Getaway!!
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect! The home was clean, well organized, and in a great location. The property owner was super responsive and detailed about what should be expected when arriving. We walked to dinner every night and coffee every morning. It was plenty close enough to enjoy all of the amenities of Pearl Street and everything downtown Boulder has to offer. I will definitely book again next time we're in Boulder!!

Perfect location
I was in Boulder to visit old college friends and experience a bit of nostalgia. While I barely recognize Boulder anymore (so much construction) my friends were easily identified. This was a great little jumping off spot and the owners are very responsive. The welcoming snacks were a plus and the kitchen is well stocked. Very happy to have met these responsive owners. Surprise snow day and they were right there with shovel team to dig us out including the car. Lots of little touches that make it even better!
The apartment is even better than the pictures! Spotlessly clean. Decorated so cute with lots of considerate touches like coffee with sugar, fluffy towels, snacks upon arrival. There are individual heater/ac in each room so I was comfortable everywhere! The neighbor is nice & safe & quiet. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Everything about our stay was positive! We appreciated the hospitality, good communication, and well-stocked and organized kitchen. Perfect Location!
We’ve stayed here twice and love the location, just blocks from Pearl St. The unit is updated, clean and very cozy (winter stay). The beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and clean. Added amenities, such as Keurig coffee, bottle of wine and snacks were so nice after a day of travel!
