The only complaint I have about this facility was that there is insufficient lighting in the room. An overhead light is definitely needed over the refrigerator/microwave area.

Even though the hotel looks outdated, it is a wonderful place to stay. The beds are amazing and the breakfast every morning was delicious.

Nice, clean rooms. Fast check-in and a good continental breakfast. Located in the north side of town, I thought it would take forever getting around but we were able to travel to most parts of the city in 10-15 minutes.

The property is perfectly fine. The stay is nice. The cost is a bit high. The pricing for a room should be under $300 a night. It's just a basic hotel with basic amenities. The business plan for this hotel is to handle the overflow that other downtown Boulder hotels can't accommodate.

This was the most disgusting property Iā€™ve ever stayed. The sheets were dirty, it smelled terrible, the bathroom sink wouldnā€™t drain, there were no protection covers over the mattresses, there was a whole punched in the bathroom door with drywall mud over it. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. The bathroom sink had flex pipe with a zip tie. Very disgusting and disappointed.
