Overall the hotel was fine. The biggest issue we had was the air/heat unit. It was located on the ceiling and the vent was pointed right at the bed. The room was warm but when we put on the air at night we were freezing. So our sleep was greatly affected.

The staff is extremely pleasant, professional and well trained. We stayed there approximately 10 times in the past 4 months for surgery for our dog and some dermatology for us. Every stay has been exceptional. I do suggest you don't stay there so there will be rooms available for us when we need them :)

From my experience Hyatt is pretty good place so my expectations were high. I booked this hotel over marriot. When I arrived I was told there is $25 cost for parking. This is not clear during booking and email was sent after booking regarding parking cost. Parking is offsite so you have to drive to a garage to park. Not convenient at all. They did waive the fee for parking. Next day, we went for breakfast and was told itā€™s not included. I received an email the day I booked stating breakfast was included. Upon telling them, their manager did not honor this. Not sure how policies can change over a day. This was really inconvenient for my family. If I knew, I would have looked at other breakfast options or have some snacks. The rates were high enough adding all these additional cost is concerning. Felt like this place is trying to make money by not being honest up front. Not a good feeling and would not recommend using them.
