The place to wonderful however Room size is definitely the downfall. Also when walking into the bar area, we sat down not knowing about how the service worked. There was staff/ bartenders/ waitstaff milling aboutā€¦. After about 1inni went up to bar where the register was and saw the QR CODE.. to scan for foood or drinks ā€¦. Odd none of the staff came over to mentioned it but had seen us sitting there for a bit.

Cool looking property- seems higher end and priced as such. However itā€™s understaffed. It must be because my phone didnā€™t work - my toilet exploded and I waited over an hour for someone to come. Had to go down to front desk to tell them - twice. Cuz no phone.. and when I called from cell to front desk no one answered. To add insult no one came to clean it after it got fixed. For the money I expect better. They also need to up their amenities- water in room, q-tips, and a working phone.
