The room was large & the bed comfortable. We couldn't get the TV on, so we asked for help. A young woman came, she couldn't get it on, & said she'd get the manager to look at it. No one ever came back. There was 1 desk chair & a sofa; the room needed an easy chair. There was a light-weight bedspread on the bed but no blanket. No telephone in the room. When I was booking the reservation, their web page was very limited as to services. I hit the "contact us" link & a phone number appeared; my call went to voicemail but it was full so I couldn't ask any questions. When we arrived, the room had a microwave, small refrigerator & coffee maker, none of which were on the webpage. I later told the young woman (same one) that it's to their marketing advantage to list these items on their webpage because that's why I called. It was obvious this was above her pay grade. The hotel is located well in the town but we never found anyone at the front desk. We always had to ring the bell & someone would eventually appear.

A Wonderful Experience!
The Boulder Creek Lodge was incredible! We stayed this past week when the huge snow storm hit ElDora. It was the first time in 20 years the mountain closed. Lexi, the manager at The Boulder Creek Lodge made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable while we were snowed in. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and had beautiful views. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend The Boulder Creek Lodge.

Hotel was conveniently located in the middle of Nederland with restaurants and shops nearby. Eldora was just 10 minutes away. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Check in employee was friendly.

This is a sweet little property for a quick stay. Convenient to skiing and gambling. Reason I gave low marks for staff is last time I was there the breakfast was not available. (it was New Years Day - but still if advertised it should have been available). Also, the staff didn't really seem to want to get off their chairs to see about laying anything out. I think, being the Holiday, it was 2nd string.

For the most part, it’s a cute lodge. For some reason we thought there was a hot tub, and there most definitely is not. We also asked about breakfast and the front desk said there was nothing besides coffee. So early in the morning we got up and there was no coffee and then when we came back from getting breakfast, sure enough there was a little breakfast at the hotel. I’m not sure why the front desk doesn’t know what is going on. Nederland is very small and this is in the center walkable to everything in town. Comfortable enough beds. Can control heat which is nice. They have games in the little upstairs lounge area.

We got to check in early around 2. Some of the staff was helpful and the lodge is very convenient to town. I checked our bed before I got in it. It’s just something I do when staying at a hotel. Our bed was clearly dirty with a stain and crumbs in it. The bedroom and bathroom floors were dirty. I asked for clean sheets to make up our bed. I didn’t even get a sorry or can I help. It was okay though I could easily make the bed up. One other thing I was quoted 220.00 for the cheapest room then found online for a little less so I booked it. Then when we checked in the room rate said 158.00?!? I was not very happy about that. Oh well we got a couple of hot showers anyways and very convenient to town since we were on foot:)
