Located in the heart of Les Arcs 1800, at the foot of the slopes, our penthouse apartment has a large terrace of 40 sqm facing west (overlooking the Tarentaise), but also a 15 sqm terrace is exposed (views of Mont Blanc) side rooms.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. As an extension, you find a living room with 2 sofas for Tarentaise. You will love its warm decor and cozy.

Very close to shops and slopes (150m radius) the apartment has a private entrance. Set on 100 sqm, it is perfect for 8 people.

These 2 terraces are often snowy and children are delighted to play (snowman snowball ...). Weather permitting, you can have lunch with a table and folding chairs.

Enjoy these two terraces to relax, TV, hi-fi and sauna.

Convenient large apartment
The apartment is very conveniently located, light and spacious. It is very well equipped for use by a family or group. Owner was easily accessible. I would recommend for comfortable family holiday.

Great apartment and perfect location
Yves's apartment and location were perfect for our group family ski trip (4 adults and 3 teens). The apartment is well equipped and spacious so everyone had their space, the location is very central - close to the bakery for breakfast, the supermarket and restaurants from dinner, and a short walk to ski hire and most importantly, the piste (so close that it was perfect to come back to for lunch). Yves's was very responsive to any questions we had, and the Alpissime team are next door to the apartment if you have any urgent needs/questions. I would highly recommend.

Amazing!
This apartment is great! We have been to Les Arc lots of times and all agreed that this was the best accomodation we have stayed in. The location is superb - right next to the shops and restaurants and within a few meters of the slopes. The views from the huge windows and balconies are lovely. The facilities are excellent with loads of space, comfy sofas and beds and modern shower rooms. Yves was really helpful and quick to answer emails. We will definately book again.

We stayed here as 2 families with children aged 5-8. The apartment was fantastic in terms of the set up and location. So close to shops, the slopes and ski school for the children. Yves was fantastic in communication and happy to answer any questions. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We were 2 families sharing the appartment. There were space for everybody and the most wonderful views of the mountains. If there is enough snow there is ski in/out and all the shops are within walking distance. We would love to come back. Also Yves is a great host, very considered.

L'appartement est grand et agréable mais également très silencieux ! Il est idéalement situé dans la station des arcs 1800 avec tous les commerces à proximité immédiate. L'école de ski est également très proche et on se retrouve très vite sur les pistes. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la belle terrasse. La vue sur les montagnes est exceptionnellement belle. Lorsqu'il y a suffisamment de neige, vous devez marcher environ 50 m et vous pouvez commencer à skier. L'appartement est confortable, spacieux et luxueux. La communication avec le propriétaire est excellente.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la gare routière, des commerces et des pistes ski au pied. L'appartement est très tranquille, bien ensoleillé avec de belles vues sur la montagne. Les trois chambres qui disposent toutes d'une salle de bain sont bien séparées et permettent ainsi une location collective. L'appartement est très bien équipé en vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine en tout genre et appareils électroménagers. Il dispose d'une entrée réservée au dépôt des skis et des chaussures (râtelier et casiers). Dans l'une des chambres, la literie est en revanche un peu sommaire.

Nous étions 5 adultes + 3 enfants, l'appartement est très spatieux, confortable, bien situé. Les 4 chambres, les 3 salles de bains et le sauna sont réellement un plus pour se sentir à l'aise dans l'appartement. Un grand merci pour le propriétaire pour sa réactivité et son suivi!

Superbe séjour dans ce bel appartement lumineux, spacieux, bien équipé et fonctionnel! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Séjour skis au pieds, nous sommes rentrés déjeuner chaque midi à l appartement. Les randonneurs ont également trouvé chaussures à leurs pieds :-) Vue magnifique avec les grandes baies vitrées, salon cosy bien équipé en HiFi et TV, petit plus bien apprécié avec le sauna au retour des pistes. Le propriétaire est prévenant et disponible, nous avons apprécié la qualité de nos échanges et la précision de la documentation fournie pour le séjour (modes d emploi, procédures arrivée et départ, proximité boutiques et magasins…). Le contact avec les personnes qui gèrent le service de conciergerie-dépannage est également aisé et sympathique, leur boutique se situe à seulement quelques mètres de l appartement. Bref un séjour hiver réussi et détendu en famille.
