Staff were very polite & helpful! The hotel has had some upgrades. Pool was very nice, even if we did forget our suits! The room was nice. Beds were comfy!

Stay somewhere else.
The pool was closed for the whole weekend we were there. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this location. My son was very disappointed. Overall, the hotel itself was old and dirty. The staff was not helpful at all. The toilet was clogged for half our stay. He finally arrived after we were checking out. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was the size of a shower stall. When we checked in, the carpets were filthy. Even the TV remote was sticky and gross. My son woke up covered in bites, either from bedbugs or some other critter. The breakfast was terrible. You had to wait for them to restock everything. They didn’t even have plates!!! Also, no elevator to the second floor. I have a disability where I cannot climb stairs. Extremely disappointing.

Our room smelled terrible. It was very dirty. There were insects flying around the bathroom and hanging out on the walls. The carpet was sticky. It looked like feces had been splatted on the tile in the shower. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in.

This place was dirty and I had a bug crawl on my bed. Not a whole lot to pick from at breakfast but they did have a waffle maker.

Dead bugs in windowsill and bathroom, black mold in bathroom, bucket under sink to catch leak,, walls dinged up and poorly patched, holes everywhre, carpet dirty, matress not sealed, door was patched... clearly had been forced open at one time, barhtub old and no stopper. Photos clearly taken a decade ago.

It was pretty dirty and run down. Our room floor was gross. The AC worked. The breakfast was pretty horrible. We left stuff there and called two days later, they said they'd call us when they cleaned the room and we never heard back.

Photographs are not the same facility. Very deceptive. The pool was cloudy with blobs floating. We did not allow our disappointed children to swim. Our room had dirty sheets. We had to get clean ones from front desk. The bathroom had no ventilation which had to have caused the mold they tried to paint over. The entire room looked as if it had never been cleaned properly. So glad we brought bleach and paper towels.

Pro: It was cheep. Cons: They gave us the wrong room at first. When we got in our correct room, the sheets were stained and wet, floors had crumbs and dirt in carpet, toilet seat was not attached, and t.v. remote didn't work. The front desk was unable to help with any of these issues....

I was generally displeased with the condition of the room. While it was clean it was in a state of disrepair. The tub did not drain properly, there were cracks and stains in the ceiling and the feeling was uncomfortable. The coax attached to the TV was damaged and the electric cord serving a lamp on the counter next to the TV was defective.
