Not bad but not great. Avoid the pool.
Check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. The room was okay and clean. We were very disappointed by the pool though as it was incredibly cloudy and when I saw the maintenance man trying to "fix" the problem, he just threw in more shock. Sleeping there was miserable but that wasn't entirely the hotel's fault. The beds were uncomfortable but we were woken 3 times during the night by the passing trains sounding their horns as well as the dumpster being emptied by the garbage truck around 4 AM.

If I could give zero stars for the pool I would but the rest of the experience was great! Room was clean, large, bed was comfy! Staff was excellent!! Everyone was super nice and working hard! The pool water was literally so cloudy you can’t see the stairs and it had a green tint Blech! We didn’t swim because of that. The breakfast was great! There is a Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel and a bar across the street as well as other walkable dining options. It is right across from frat/sorority but it was quiet, not sure if school is back in yet. Would def stay again! But please fix that water!

Room was quiet and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Property was not in perfect condition (one elevator was out of service during our stay, there were stains on the carpet in some hallway areas, etc.) but overall it was clean and we enjoyed the amenities like breakfast and the outdoor swimming pool.

The Expedia listing was wrong, as they did not have laundry as was stated. Some staff were friendly, manager not so much. They had a lot of VIP guests, and it was obvious we were not in that category. We had to hunt down someone to get bedding for the sleeper sofa, as the lobby does not answer the phone. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The Mexican restaurant next door is fantastic!

There was no vending machines on the property. The "snack" area was very limited. The carpets in the room and walking areas were extremely dirty. There was food left in the floor when we checked in. There were ants on the windowsill. The directions to parking and getting to our room was not clear.

The hotel was ok, but I chose the hotel because it served dinner, but then it wasn't staffed. Then the shower head wasn't adjustable and the spray stung my skin and I couldn't adjust the angle. Parking is was a block over, and not convenient at all. To top it off, elevator was broken for over a week and not fixed. I don't recommend for the price.

Expedia and Hyatt needs to align their system. Reservations were made weeks in advance but when arrived they were over booked and we had to go to a lesser hotel. This is not what I wanted. They paid the first night which was nice but the property we had to stay was older and not as nice. I should not have to pay for this mess!!! Expedia and Hyatt please reach out!!

Nice stay. Friendly staff
Our door was broken. Very difficult to close from both the inside & outside. I will be sure to add “check the door” before unpacking again. Elevator was broken the entire week. The staff was wonderful! However, at 1 am, when we drove in after a long drive & exhausting week, the desk clerk left the desk for at least 15 minutes. No bell or way to say we’re here … Breakfast was great! I’m not sure that I’d stay here when the college is in session, as Fraternity row is right across the street.
