Dip n' Sip Oasis: Heated pool, close to the beach & Atlantic ave!

Dip into the pool and sip on your favorite drink! This beautiful home has so much to offer for your vacation! We have a fully stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee! Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and bar with a grill, ice maker, refrigerator, and sink! You will have everything you need here at our Dip n sip oasis and it's awesome location. It's just short drive to the beach, dining, nightlife and shopping!

The pool heater is not guest accessible and is locked at 85 degrees. It will run during the day while the pool pump runs. The heater will automatically shut off when exceeding 85 degrees. In the event of very cold weather, the heater will be able to keep the pool 20-25 degrees above the air temp. If you have any questions please contact us for more details.

Neighborhood:

We are located just 2 miles from the beautiful beach, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and great resturants right on the intercostal. Just a 3 mile drive to Delray Beach where you will find another beautiful public beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife located on Atlantic Ave. We have 2 grocery stores less than a mile from the house so you can grab some hot dogs or hamburgers and have a nice cookout by the pool. Please check out our guest book when you arrive as we have listed some recommendations for dining and activities to do in the area with addresses and descriptions!

My trip at Dip N Sip was absolutely flawless. Kayla and Matt were nothing less than exceptional hosts. I had informed them I was going to be spending my birthday weekend there and they were communicative understanding and so unbelievably kind (they even left me a birthday package !). Their home is beautiful, spacious and well equipped for stays and the back yard is an absolute dream. Once you’re in there will be no reason to leave as they truly have thought of it all. They even included infant supplies (bibs,High chairs, crib mattress etc.) when you include them on the itinerary. Will be back here absolutely amazing

July 4th Stay
The house was clean and spacious. There are roomy closets and dressers in each room to unpack and get suitcases out of the way so you feel like you were at home. There are beach towels, chairs, beach bag and extra inflatables. It was great to not have to pack these items or purchase them when we arrived. The pool was clean and just the right temperature! The house is in a great location! Easy and quick drive to Boynton and Delray restaurants and beaches. Would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our extended stay at Matt and Kayla’s home! It has a beautiful layout that is conducive to family and friends enjoying time together grilling out, swimming in the spacious pool, and playing games on the patio or in the living room. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and fun. This home has everything you need with comfortable beds, plenty of linens, beach towels, board and card games, well stocked kitchen, a shed full of floats and pool toys, and the list goes on and on! LOVED our stay and would highly recommend it! Matt and Kayla are wonderful, gracious and responsive hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best we’ve had!! Top ratings to them and the Dip N Sip Oasis!!

Wonderful place to stay!
We loved staying at this home during a long weekend to visit family in Boynton and Delray Beach. Everything is exactly as described and beyond - so nice that the hosts supply coffee, as well as plentiful towels, pool toys, and lounge chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the patio and even used the gas firepit one night. The couches and beds are very comfortable, it's a great location, and communication was prompt and clear. I would absolutely stay here again, I loved it!

Best Owners!
We have rented this home from Matt and Kayla twice. Returning to a rental is a high compliment, and these fabulous owners deserve it! The house is very comfortable and they have truly thought of everything needed for a wonderful vacation in the Oasis! The property is well maintained, very clean and well stocked with towels, beach items, kitchen items and pool needs. They even supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash! The location of the home is in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and beaches. We love just hanging out by the beautiful pool. We will definitely be back for a third visit next year! Great Stay
This was an easy 5 star review for me. The description and pictures are 100% accurate but don't tell all the nice little touches in the home. This is my first rental where I don't have any little issues or annoying things to complain about. If Matt and Kayla owned all the rentals the world for us travelers would be a much better place. Spring break vacation
My family and I were so pleased and surprised with this vacation experience. This home is perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet with a focus completely on relaxation. Kayla and Matt have provided everything that one could possibly need on a vacation... pool toys, corn hole, beach equipment, beach towels and a beautifully crafted backyard with private pool and BBQ area. Everything was labeled and we were welcomed to the home with a basket full of goodies including pet toys for our doggies! The home is conveniently located to stores, restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this home and can't wait to have an opportunity to return

Wonderful Stay!
My wife, and infant son stayed at this house while on a trip to visit family. Matt and Kayla were wonderful hosts. Attentive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The house was clean when we arrived and was stocked with anything you can ever think you’d need. They even had a high chair, changing table, and porta crib at the house (which we did not expect!). The house is in a great location to the main strip in Delray, only 10 minutes! We do not have any bad words to say, and we look forward to staying here again soon!

The property is lovely and well maintained. It is very comfortable although in a weathered and worn location. Our only complaint was that the pol was not cleaned and the information provided in the welcome book was incorrect. We obviously paid extra for a pool and weren't able to use it. other that everything was wonderful.

Great Family Vacation Property
We had a great week stay at the Dip n’ sip oasis. The owners have thought of everything. From a pack and play, to beach chairs, to the kitchen full of pots, pans and utensils, the owners make you feel right at home. The pool was always kept at a perfect temperature even on cooler days. The house was a great size and had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The location of the house was in a great location and was only 5 minutes from all the great restaurants and bars in downtown Delray. We highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Fabulous Oasis!
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! Our adult daughters joined us for our stay. Our older daughter works in hospitality and was very impressed. Matt and Kayla have thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay. House was very clean and very well appointed. We had plenty of dishes, glassware, plastics and koozies for the pool, pool floats, beach chairs and toys, linens and towels. I will absolutely stay here again when we visit our friends in Boynton Beach!

Perfect for family
This property had everything…. From beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, extra beach towels, and all the hinges you need that you would have at home inside the house. The kids loved the heated pool. My wife and I enjoyed the outdoor propane fire pit. Checkin was east and owners were easy to contact. Definitely would stay here again if ever in the area again.

A true oasis
We arrived during Hurricane Ian and immediately felt welcomed and safe. The property was immaculately clean, well organized, and beautifully decorated. Our hosts provided many thoughtful extras for us and our puppies. Great neighborhood very short ride to Pineapple Grove Arts District. Just a fabulous vacation!
