Great location, new building, could walk to MSU or downtown
Good size for 3 or 4 people with pull out couch. New building, clean, downtown and MSU less than a mile walk.

Everything you need and very walkable!
Very clean new building just a few short blocks to downtown. A coffee shop/cafe around the corner (Mavens Mkt), Coop grocery a couple blocks away. Perfect for a couple. Communication with the property manager was excellent. My only disappointment was the bed. It was pretty new and in good condition but just too hard for me.

Great Location
My son had orientation at MSU so stayed here a few nights. Location is great - 5 minutes to MSU and downtown Bozeman. I went for runs in the morning thru campus and all the great neighborhoods. Great restaurants walking distance. Lovely place! Very comfortable- I will definitely stay here again.

Great Hang-Out & Crash Pad
Clean & tidy condo just a few blocks from downtown that was perfect for me & my friends to crash and just chill in between activities during the Spartan weekend of June 2024. I loved the security thru the Latch app - very simple. The only down side is that the balcony faces an ally instead of a more scenic view. Not a huge deal. The owner was great with everything we needed.

Great location & stay!
I recently stayed at this beautiful, newer condo unit with my family. The property manager was very communicative throughout the process. Using the Latch App to access the building and unit was very easy. We especially liked the convenience of the location and could walk to the Co-Op, Bagel Works, or downtown Bozeman. The unit also has a parking spot in a lot behind the building.

Perfect Location
Bring your good walking shoes!! This is the perfect location your walking to restaurants, coffee, the campus, you name it!! The bed was sooooooooooooo comfortable. I loved the patio, left the door open one evening and it was perfect. Host was friendly and quick to answer texts; I had trouble with the app and he was gracious to get me access in a timely manner. Will be back!

My first trip to Bozeman and this condo was perfect. Walking distance to downtown, super clean and a great space to work remotely. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials (even spices!) and the view of the mountains from the balcony was a huge bonus. Mike was great to communicate with - would highly recommend staying here!

I enjoyed the property. It was comfortable and close to various amenities -- downtown, restaurants, grocery and food markets. The unit was clean and well equipped with kitchen items, and technology. I enjoyed the island seating for working and for eating. Parking was easy and convenient. The property manager was very responsive and provided clear and helpful instructions and directions. I would definitely return for a future stay.

Great stay in Bozeman
This condo was perfect for my stay. The property manager communicated proactively and was incredibly helpful. The condo is in a terrific location, is in brand new condition, and has everything one could want. They also used an app called Latch that made getting in and out easy and secure. I would gladly stay here again.
