As you step through the vibrant blue door, you’ll be welcomed into the first living area offers indoor-outdoor seating and a high-top table, accompanied by a TV. Up the step is the second living space with an electric recliner sofa and a kitchenette. You’ll find a 2-stove burner, microwave, a bakers' oven, and basic utensils, plus a BBQ grill is provided outside.

Both bedrooms are connected and adorned with charming coastal decor and colors, evoking the feeling of being right on the beach. Between the bedrooms lies the bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Pines Park is a friendly community that welcomes you with an array of shared amenities, including a shuffleboard court, coin-operated laundry, putting green, and cornhole. Guests are invited to visit and enjoy nearby Pelican Post at Anna Maria Island Inn’s beautiful resort pool & spa area for an additional daily fee.

1 car maximum may park at this home, requiring a parking pass. Use designated parking on Church Ave. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by Anna Maria Vacations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
