The dining area features a large wooden table with six chairs, perfect for family meals. There is also a separate lounge with a large leather sectional couch for watching cable TV or enjoying a DVD. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, range/oven, large refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, rice maker, juicer, and even a rotisserie.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, cable TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity and a bathtub/shower. The second guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed, while the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds, providing comfortable accommodations for additional family and friends. The laundry room is equipped with a large washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board.
