The staff were all very helpful and courteous. Even though the inn is older, it is obvious that it has been well maintained. Our room was very clean. There is AC in each room. Thank goodness for this as there was a heat wave while we were there.The inn is within walking distance to the Maine Savings Amphitheater. Parking is easy. There are several entrances from the parking lot so it is convenient to carry your luggage in. I didn't notice an elevator so anyone with mobility issues should request first floor.

The staff were very friendly, the room was just what we needed. Perfect if you're going to a concert as its about a 10 minute walk to maine savings. my only issue was the wifi connection is terrible

Very handy to the convention center and casino. And it was nice to have a restaurant as well. Checkin and checkout was easly. The downside is that it feels dated and is not attractive as a facility, though the rooms are fine (well, electrical outlets are a challenge). The relative low price made up for these deficits.

Quiet and Quaint
This place is wonderful and very reasonably priced. The room is set up with great efficiency, comfort and is immaculate. Although it’s not a modern design it brings me back to the era of simplicity. The fireplace is cozy and pub on grounds is equally so.

Motel is a little "tired" but.....
I gave this place a good score because it met my 5 star criteria. Yes, some of the paint was chipped and the tub didn't immediately drain, but the room was one of the cleanest we've had. The beds were comfy, there was a keurig coffeemaker instead of nespresso mini sludge, and staff were very friendly. There was an attached pub with reportedly good food. It's directly across a small street to the casino and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. It's a good less expensive alternative to needlessly overpriced establishments. Not fancy, but really comfy and safe.
