Super Clean and Great Location
Great spot with easy access to Vienna. 35 minutes to park and ride in Vienna and used Underground to get downtown . U4 and U3 were super efficient. The apartment was very comfortable quiet and clean. Loved it.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Unterkunft in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Wünschen und Anliegen der Gäste entgegenzukommen. Was die Ausstattung betrifft haben mir nur in der Beschreibung angewähnten Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen gefehlt. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen. Vladislav

Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, wir haben uns da sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war recht herzlich, wir haben alle Auskünfte bekommen, die wir brauchten. Die Lage im Wienerwald, mitten im Grünen war schön, man kann von da einfach Ausflüge machen und wandern (was wir vorhatten). Allerdings hat uns der Verkehr manchmal ein bisschen gestört (daher nur 4 Sterne für Umgebung), aber da lässt sich wenig machen. Wir haben alles in allem einen schönen Urlaub gehabt und würden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Das Apartment war schön, modern, sauber. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft niemand telefonisch erreichbar (obwohl vorher verabredet), so dass wir im Regen warteten, bis zufällig eine Reinigungskraft erschien und uns einließ.

Aanspreekpunt onduidelijk bij ontvangst. Contactpersoon vtv gebeld, maar was niet aanwezig, sleutel lag in box, maar wij wisten ons nummer van appartement niet, aangezien homeaway met eigen appartement codes werkt. Verder een keurig appartement, handdoeken aanwezig, doch werden in de loop van de week niet vervangen! Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding.

logement simple mais propre et clair, dans un immeuble neuf
La description de ce logement sur le site d'Abritel devrait mentionner que la cuisine est commune. En effet, dans la partie privative, il n'y a qu'une kitchenette avec deux plaques de cuisson et un petit évier, peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et de table, et un mini réfrigérateur/congélateur. Les fours (classique ou à micro ondes) sont dans la cuisine commune. Le site devrait aussi mentionner que le lave-linge est commun et payant. L'accès au logement, au 1er étage, est aisé, les abords sont bien entretenus et l'accueil est cordial. Toutefois, la location donne sur la route où il y a un peu de passage... mais l'isolation phonique est suffisante.

Wohnung gut und wie beschrieben,Check in und check out umständlich
Die Ferienwohnung an sich war gut und wie beschrieben,sowie sauber und ausreichend.die Utensilien in der Küche könnten um ein paar Sachen wie Suppenkelle und anderes erweitert werden. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen laden,welcher aber überteuert und ein Mix aus lebensmittel-,Tiernahrung- und baumarktladen ist. Für normale discounter fährt man ein Stück. Die Umgebung war gut wenn man die Natur sucht oder wie wir urlaub mit hund macht und die Lage zu Wien und St. Pölten ist auch gut. An sich waren wir total zu Frieden, vorallem zu diesem fairen Preis. Lediglich check in und check out war umständlich.wir riefen eine Stunde vor anreise wie gewünscht an.mussten jedoch Vorort trotzdem nochmal telefonieren da die Vermieterin später kam etc. Beim check out sollten wir am Vorabend bereits unsere Kaution erhalten.dies hat nicht geklappt und wir mussten am abreisetag wieder hinterher telefonieren und warten, was für Leute die sehr früh los wollen/müssen schwierig werden könnte . Alles in allem jedoch waren wir mit dem urlaub zufrieden

Ruim modern appartement
We zaten hier met 2 personen voor drie dagen als uitvalsbasis voor Wenen. Het appartement is zeer ruim met veel licht, eigen parkeerplaats, moderne inrichting en van alle gemakken voorzien. We werden erg hartelijk ontvangen. Er is veel informatie beschikbaar over de omgeving van Brand-Laaben en over Wenen in de gezamenlijke ruimte. Er zijn mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Als uitvalsbasis voor Wenen ligt het aan de verre kant, maar met ongeveer een uur ben je wel in het centrum. Wij hebben de auto bij een Park & Ride (Ottakring) gezet en dan ben je met de metro zo in de stad. Park & Ride Hütteldorf Bahnhof is dichterbij, maar die was gesloten wegens verbouwing (sept 2016).

Tadellos, supersauber, neu, günstig
Großzügige Platzverhältnisse, super Betten, nette Zimmer, gute Fenster - so ist die nahe Landstrasse mit Ortsverkehr kein Problem, alles neu und sauber. Scheint gelsenarmes Gebiet zu sein. Wir hatten öfter alles offen zum Durchlüften, trotzdem keine Gelsen gesichtet. Klimaanlage gibt's nicht, war bei uns kein Problem. Einige Badehandtuchhalter wären noch recht. Kühlschrank lief erst auf letzter Stufe an, aber immerhin. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert für den Preis.
