Staff are always friendly. Rooms are very clean. I always ask for upper floors away from the pool area for quiet. Lower floors can be a little noisier due to families enjoying the large water slide and pool area which is a great size for a getaway.

We were attending a wedding at the Dome at the Keystone Centre, so it was very conveniently located. We did not walk over because of mobility issues and train, but it is walkable. Renovations had been done in our room, but it is an old building, so summer things cannot be changed. There is no fan in the bathroom. The room was clean enough and the king bed was soft, comfortable for us. We would stay again.
