You can spend hours exploring the 145 acres of hiking trails that surround the condo. Take a short walk down the trail to fish at the private, 5-acre, catch and release lake. A license isn't required to fish on the private lake, so anyone can join in on the fun!

If you tire from fishing on the private lake, take a short drive to Table Rock Lake to swim and boat. Nature lovers will adore the miles of hiking trails which surround the lake.

If you're traveling with children, be sure to take them to Silver Dollar City. The 61-acre theme park is only 1 mile from Notch entrance and provides hours of entertainment for the whole family.

Travel 10 minutes to the Branson Strip for more family-friendly entertainment, shopping, and great dining opportunities.

Had an excellent time, and stayed in an excellent location. Property clean, furnished, and beyond adequate. 1 property pool is right next door, to this location. Walking trials and private lake for fishing on site, although we did not do these, they start at this location also. This is a centralized location-The "strip" was within 15 min drive, Walmart and other grocery within 11 min drive, SDC was in 10 minutes drive to parking area. Responsive owners. Definitely would stay again, if we get back to the area.

We had a nice condo close to Silver Dollar City. Had everything close so we could pick up things we needed and not far from the Branson strip. Had wonderful host who were very prompt in answering questions. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Branson Getaway
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo while we visited Branson. Our primary purpose for the trip was to go to Silver Dollar City. This condo was perfectly located with easy access to SDC. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the kids loved playing at the pool and watching fireflies off the back deck in the evenings.

Very clean. Full kitchen plus they provide some basic spices. The washer & dryer is nice, not all places include them. There’s a hiking trail immediately behind the condo which you can see from the back balcony. There’s playground equipment just up the road. The unit is right next door to the pool and we were impressed by how well kept the pool is. The condo is a cool set up where it’s set into a hill. At the front you walk down a little ramp to get to the front door, and the back is 1 story up looking off into the mountains. Parking is directly in front of the unit. Neighbors were quiet. It’s less than a mile from a local coffe shop & couldn’t be much closer to Silver Dollar City. Cable TV & wifi were included. Living room has a dvd player. We stayed 4 nights and had no problems. My only complaint is that it smelled VERY strongly of perfume. Almost like they cleaned and sprayed the furniture with White Diamonds perfume, just be aware if you’re sensitive to scents or have asthma. But this may have been a one off thing! I would definitely stay here again. They deserve full stars.

I was very impressed with this VRBO. It was very clean, had good quality furniture and bedding. Scenic location and comfortable. The only negative for me was that as a first time visitor to Branson, I didn't realize how far this location was 15 minutes from the main Branson area. However, overall, it was a beautiful and high quality location.

This place was perfect for our family. Quiet area with easy access to the highway. Comfoortable beds and furnature with everything you need. I want to come back when the weather is warmer because there is so much available right outside your door like covered picnic areas, grills and a playground plus what looked to be beautiful walking trails. Loved that its a walk in unit and ease of check in with the keypad lock. Highly recommend this place.

Quick two-night stay and everything was just as expected. Slept well and even took a nap on the recliner. No stairs. Deck overlooks a treed valley to the east. Easy to get to Silver Dollar City. Several eating choices to the west. It is a condo and we heard some noises from other tenants one night but not enough to keep us awake. No shampoo provided but they stated so in an email a few days before. (We always take our own, anyway.) We would stay here again.
