The mattress had a plastic/rubber liner that was noisy when moving in bed. It was like sleeping on a child's wet proof bed. Staff were very pleasant. Very clean rooms with no obnoxious deodorizer smells. Breakfast was motel typical but good.

Ihe Carriage House was a great place to stay. It was close to attractions, restaurants and was located in a quiet area. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful! The hotel itself is tired to say it best. As others stated, the carpet is in big time need of replacing. The water pressure was almost non existent. The beds were clean and comfortable. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower while you enjoy Branson, this is a good place to do so!

I was in room 313 and when we checked out I forgot to tell the front desk to check the toilet. It ran off and on and made noises. It was a nice place to stay with wonderful staff

I have stayed here a few times now and I have not been disappointed. The rooms have been clean and comfortable. I enjoy the breakfast options, they have alot to offer in their small breakfast area. The pool was alot better this time. It seemed cleaner. I had an issue with my air conditioner upon check in and I reported it to the front desk. Maintenance came within minutes and switched my a/c unit out. It was kind of a big job but he did it with a smile. I so appreciated it and I slept very well after that. Customer service was great! Made me want to be a return customer.

Cozy Carriage House w/Great Breakfast!
This was a really nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Our two teenagers really loved it! We came to Branson for a family vacation and chose this place when our typical hotel we have stayed at in the past had made some changes and the pool was no longer available. This is going to be our new place to stay at moving forward! Very nice hotel!
